Love the service here . Their Divine brand for clip ons is the best . Always receive warm welcome when entering and leaving . The only thing I wish is that they have a location closer to me.

I purchased a 3 pack hair for my daughter at the University location.I was told the price was 180 dollars. When I proceeded to the counter the manager gave a wink to the sales lady. He then started punching different prices and then told me each hair had its own price and the new price is 200 dollars. I know I was ripped off because of my ignorance of such hair and prices. SHAME on that manager and the sales girl with the black hair. I will never go back to that store.

if you want to get watched, constantly stared at, followed while picking out what you need ( “ dO yOu nEeD aNy hElP”)*insincerely * and made uncomfortable while shopping than come here :). not the first time nor second or third so my fault for still coming here for connivence. but next time ill drive the extra 1 mile to the new york beauty supply or beauty exchange supply store where it a more welcoming environment.

I’ve been coming to this store for a while now. The people, the environment, the products, and the quality of the products are really good. The variety with the wigs here is amazing. One thing I really like about them is that they always try to do their best at everything, having people around always to help with anything. If you’re looking for a certain product and come to this store they will always try to bring/order in the product which is really nice and convenient. I highly recommend coming to this store!
