Store where I buy all my hair supplies. Great customer service
Don't know her name, but a young lady helped me excellently on Wednesday. Very professional. It was over the phone. She answered my questions, and directed me to what I needed. She was specific, and helped me. They're a bit pricey, but an in & out store!

A small store but well packed with great prices. I'd gone to another beauty supply store close by but was a little turned off by the prices for certain things and they didn't have everything I wanted. My mom mentioned this store and we came here instead.
Immediately upon walking in, we greeted by everyone. Each employee was very nice and helpful. The items in particular that I was looking for were priced lower than the other store and they actually had them; plus some other things.
Since this is closer than the other store to my home, I will certainly be coming back.
I stopped coming for for two years because the employees were rude. Today I went thinking it would be better because it had been son long, but again the cashier was rude. If I knew of a black-owned beauty supply store in the area, I would go support that instead. I won't be back.

I was just looking to quickly purchase a hair unit for an event. Unbeknownst to me, Trina was there to assist me with installing it. The store owner/manager was also awesome. They offer great products and they have a hilarious staff! Needless to say, I recommend this store!
Products are more expensive and the owners and family are pretty rude at times. They don't seem to have a full line of products or several packs of the same hair. Depending on what employers are there, is the amount of help and courtesy you'll receive. The girls who work in the store installing wigs could dress a little more professional and the area in which you try on wigs should have some sort of privacy.
Don't bother with this place. There is a much better beauty supply store on Pines and Hiatus in the Publix Plaza. The man who worked here was incredibly rude. When my family member simply inquired about the price she had to pay, he immediately gained an attitude. She was a bit confused because nothing is listed properly on their receipts, and was trying to figure out what she bought to add to the price she was quoted. He then had the nerve to comment "you're that old, and you can't do your math? What's wrong with you? It's 37!" Honestly, for someone who is trying to get me, the customer, to spend my money, you need to do a better job and have a better attitude. His attitude was absolutely inexcusable, and I will never return again. I recommend you do not either.
