I asked for simple ombré acrylics and the nail technician said she couldn’t do it. So I went with just one color and the color I picked from their samples looked completely different to the one on my nails. Came out with nails I didn’t want. Very disappointing
He did the bare minimum. I got the second most expensive pedicure and he left my feet looking like they would look if I did it myself. He left scrub in between my toes, my feet didn’t look smooth they were just dry and didn’t even put lotion on my feet at the end. I asked him to fix it and I still have that stuff in between my toes and my feet look shredded. Never coming here again

Super late post but I got my pedi done there 3 weeks ago and the man who did it did a perfect job! 3 weeks later still no chips and lookin great! Ty! I was also having my dip powder nail color removed because I was going into surgery and they advised me to do so, the woman who did that did an amazing job as well! She was gentle and got it all off with out damaging my nail beds at all, now that surgery is over ill be back to get my nails done soon, so excited!
The first time I tried to make an appointment they called me and asked if they could reschedule for an hour and a half later because they were running behind I ended up canceling and going to Nail World which did a great job by the way. Another time I thought I would give it another try to make an appointment I called maybe appointment and the day of 30 minutes before the appointment they said they needed me to come 45 minutes later what kind of business does that? They overbook themselves and end up giving bad service and having to rush plus their prices are more expensive than others I'd say go somewhere else
They follow Covid 19. Mina was fast. But don't understand that good. And I told her what I wanted. And she executed well. Full set $55.00
I've been going for a few months now. They are always so nice and I love my nails. ????
