Emma is amazing! She takes her time with lash extensions to make sure you get exactly what you want, and they lasted a good amount of time! I’ve seen her twice for a lash lift and tint, and it comes out perfect every time with a tight curl that ALSO lasts a really long time. Definitely recommend her for anyone looking for these services!

Sarah was wonderful! She did an excellent job, easy to talk to and had great pro tips since I had never tried lashes before. Very smooth process and comfortable. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved getting my lashes done with Emma! I got hybrid lash extensions and loved the whole experience. They turn out amazing each time and last long which I love.

Update II: cancelled my membership on Jan 20,2023.

Update: DISAPPOINTED by how my appointment was not booked like I was told. After my refill on 12/17, after checking out I agreed go book my next appointment. The tech and I confirmed the date and time multiple times before I was told that I was all set. Today I arrived for my appointment just to find out that the appointment was never booked in the first place. Since I booked my appointment on-site, I did not think it was absurd to not have received a confirmation text/email. For anyone making an appointment in-person/phone I recommend looking for a confirmation text to make sure the booking went through.

Original: I used to go to the Pittsford, NY branch but had to move to Boston recently for work. I was thrilled to find out about the Waltham branch. Waltham branch is definitely larger and seems to be more stringent when it comes to sanitation. I am happy with this business and plan to continue visiting every two weeks for my true express refills.

Sarah did excellent lash extensions! She was also really pleasant to talk to, and very attentive to the comfort and look of the extensions. I’ll happily return!

Super nice ladies and well trained masters! The same set up as all the others as these are a franchise. Located in a bigger plaza than Newton location and next to petsuppliesplus chipotle and GNC and other goodies. Plenty of parking. Might like this better than the Newton location but it’s a bit too far from me
