Best place I've stayed in both Lexington and Jackson! They're very friendly here, the place is very nice and clean, and the fridge works! Being a diabetic I need a fridge to store my insulin in. Most places didn't have an operational fridge. If your looking for a place to stay that's nice, clean, amd works for your budget. It's here! 10/10

I do NOT recommend this hotel at all! The room was filthy (outdated, dirty floors, hair on the BthRm floor, & hairs were stuck in the towels), the bed was terribly uncomfortable, & when I asked for an extra blanket, the staff (whom I think was the owner), responded to me in a super rude manner, and denied my request for the extra blanket. (It was 36 degrees outside, so super cold). 5 thumbs down!????

No hot water to shower & there were 2 dogs in the next room that barked randomly threw out the night

Ok. Let me start with the lady at the desk was accommodating by moving me to 3 different rooms till she found one i was ok with. But after the night and the light of day hit the room. It was horrible. The rooms dont get cleaned. The coffee pot was dirty. The floors were dirty. They have not been swept or mopped in a very long time. The bath tub had a ring around it that was several shades darker than the tub. . I did look for bed bugs and did not see any but wouldnt be shocked if there were. . The staff seemed irritated that i mentioned how dirty the hotel is vs. Embarrased. Do not recommend at all.

What a most pleasant surprise!!! This was (to me ) a hidden jewel. I was traveling on the 40 late night and needed a place to stay, so I pulled into the next rest stop and looked up nearby hotels within my budget. Came across Deerfield Inn, the reviews, pictures, and rates seemed OK, so i booked with them. Even though it was around midnight when I arrived, the check-in agent was alert, pleasant, and friendly. The room was immaculate. Everything looked new and clean, even the pillows and bedding were spotless, same with the bath towels and washcloths, no stains anywhere!! When I first opened the door, I immediately noticed a clean smell, NOT a musty odor masked with air freshener and the A/C on full blast, but a genuine clean aroma that comes from everything actually being clean! I also felt secure, with the solid entry door key card, deadbolt and ball & loop locks. The grounds were clean and well-kept with plenty of lighting. Everything worked, everything was clean, and the rate was beyond reasonable for a hotel of this caliber, in my opinion

First of all I wanna say that the front desk lady was rude and charged me wayyy to much and got confused on prices? And then told me that their was a hole in the bathtub but I didn’t see a hole? And hot water didn’t even work in my room saw bed bugs and roaches. Do not recommend it’s a waste of time and money.

We were looking for a cheap but CLEAN motel. We read the reviews and liked that most of the reviews for this motel were positive. We called to check the price for the room and to ask if we could pay cash. The young lady that answered the phone was friendly and told us we could. I asked if there was a deposit for paying cash and how much it would be. There was, and the deposit was very little, way under what other motels are asking. She told us there was a king bed, smoking, available and would hold it for us to make the 3 hour drive.

When arriving, we had to use a little cut out in the front window to check in. It was not a tiny crack, and no different then talking to the banker in the bank. It was quick, easy, and friendly.

When we opened the door to our room we truly were pleasantly surprised. The room was in great shape. I checked the sheets and they were clean. EVERYTHING was clean. They took an old motel and tried to make it modern. It was nice! There were of course little things here and there that needed some work. Sadly.. the jet's in the spa tub didn't work, but outside of that.. it really was a great room for the price and we enjoyed our stay! We will be happy to stay here again if we are in the area.

SIDE NOTE... Make sure you have everything you need before the sun goes down because EVERYTHING in town closes (besides Sonic). We had to drive 20 miles north to find an open gas station.

AND... They have a Prater's Taters in this town!!! Yummy!

Definitely a 5 star INN

Clean and inviting rooms.

Comfortable beds.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

My brother and I broke down a mile away and walked to the INN. The staff offered me a ride to purchase supplies and dinner.

The property is well secured with cameras for peace of mind.

The price per room is comparable with similar Motels.

WiFi works great.

AC/Heater works great.

The rooms are well insulated so you can’t hear your neighbors.

I highly recommend the Deerfield INN if you’re in the area and need a good nights sleep.
