Took my grandma to get nails done mind u she's had 3 strokes and barely any hand movements and the lady that did her nails was real short and rude and little ruff with her. Plus there's no handicap parking or places for a wheelchair or Walker to go in
I had read reviews and was super excited to try this shop! I drove from Carson City to get a full set. My experience started out good, there was no waiting which is incredible because it seems like nowadays everyone is so overbooked. The shop is very clean and nice looking. The younger guy that did my nails was awesome! He got the shape perfectly, length was a little longer than I asked for but not really an issue. There was no conversation and I kind of felt like an inconvenience but it was close to closing time. Anyways when it came time to paint my nails they transferred me to a young girl, I hate my nails now. I could've done a better job myself. She didn't even try to match what I had showed her for reference, she didn't use a base coat, she was sloppy and got polish on my skin. She didn't wait for the gel to set before applying the top coat, and she didn't even paint the whole nail with the top coat leaving some parts looking matte and others shiny. There's a huge dent in the polish on my thumb and overall it was just a mess. Going to go pay to have them repolished today. I paid $45 for a full set with gel, not bad compared to other shop prices but I guess you get what you pay for. They don't allow you to tip on your card so if you want to tip you have to get cash ahead of time. I might give them another shot but that girl will never touch my nails again.
I would not go to this place, they are a rip off and don’t do a good job in any fashion. I will not be going back or recommending to anyone.
I’m not saying they’re not good at nails and pedicures. What I’m saying is one of the owners dresses like she’s 12 years old and a bit on the rude side. As is her husband. I didn’t know you could not charge a tip, so I said I would be back with the cash. The owner, the husband I think, looked in my wallet and saw I had money and said you have money. I said that money is for something else I’ll come back with the tip. I know he said in his language she’ll never be back. I came back the next day and gave the technician a 20% tip as I always do. I’ll never go back to that SALON! I have heard the same thing from my neighbors.
