Went in to get coffin nails done with specific art, got almond nails, not the art I asked for and was very unhappy. I was told it was the "the end of the night" not much they could do.
They filed the sides of the nails so much that that the finger was bleeding. The acrylic is pointed upward and are not straight.
Regular price is $35.00, add $5.00 for the coffin length and an extra $5.00 for the nail art. The total they charged was $51.00. They said that was a $10.00 discount for their mess-up on the nail art.
I shouldn't have paid even $20.00 the for their services. They were rude, unprofessional and uncomprehensible.
UPDATE: I did call the owner like the post stated, I asked if they would just remove the nails. I was told "the only way they would remove the nails or fix is if I took this post down. If I don't take it down, they will sue me for slander".
I did not get the nails fixed or removed!
Although the guy was quick I was out of there in 45 mins. I didn't realize until I got home that all of my nails were different lengths, my polish was lumpy and didn't have enough polish on some spots. If you see my posted picture the matte on one of my nails bubbled and then a few days later burst and took off my polish. I could have gone back to fix it, but after hearing some horror stories I will NEVER return
I’ve never left a nail salon so upset. I’ve also never left without tipping. I don’t know who did my nails but he looked like he hated his job. He slammed things down the entire time he was doing my nails. He hurt me through out the whole process. And when I would say it hurt he would get mad. I wanted a French tip design and when he went to do it he looked horrible so I asked if he could just paint all the nails one color. And he got upset with me. I said sorry and he didn’t say a word. My nails all all different shapes and thickness. That was my first time going here and I will never go back.
Nancy is amazing! I can be demanding and very particular, but she was patient and aimed to please. She's a perfectionist, so we were a great fit. Everyone is polite and cordial unlike some other nail salons. My friend had Tim, who came highly recommended. We're both extremely pleased with our services today. They're great, so they are busy. Several people were waiting, but we had an appointment so we got right in. Make an appointment and get those toes ready for sandals, ladies. You won't be disappointed.
Just went this past Saturday, I got a spa pedicure and a dip powder manicure. My tech was wonderful, she was nice and I felt like she did a good job although not even a week later and one of nails came off!! I’m not sure if she put too many coats, it felt super thick after I left, but I noticed them lifting not even 48hrs later. I’m super disappointed and upset, I usually get gel polish but I was told the dip is more durable and lasts longer LOL wasted $45…
You can clearly see around my cuticle area that their lifting, looks as if there 2.5 weeks old already.
Not to mention I originally wanted an ombré nail color and was told that a basic color, 1 shade would look better….lol
Worst nail salon I have ever been to… Have had my nails done for only 2 weeks and already have breakage on both hands, bruising from filing too much, and an uneven paint job with inconsistent lengths/shapes.
Came here yesterday I expected to come over with great nails but I got the complete opposite I go here to get my nails done when I want them done and usually they do a great job but after this no thank you. What I got vs what I wanted, asked her several times if she can do it just like the picture she said yes it looks horrible paid $70 for this some are uneven, the wrong shape and not even filled in completely.
Absolutely will never be back. I just got my nails done there today by Bruce and 5 hours later my gel nail polish peeled off. Complete wast of money.
