My husband took my 9 month old MAS for bathing, nail trim, pad trim and ear trim and they cut her entire body. I am sick! The groomer said it was a miscommunication and it will grow back in 6 weeks. The cut is not even. My beautiful pup before and after. I hate it and they charged twice as much as I paid at another groomer in town! I will NEVER go to them again!!!
First time with these great folks and they gave our Remi the best trim and grooming she's ever had. Very friendly folks and easy to contact either by phone or Facebook to make an appointment. Will definitely be back!
They took fantastic care of my dog years ago. Now I take my new baby there once a month to have her nails done. They do a great job and are extremely good on pricing. I'll take all my dogs there for grooming. Great people!!
These girls have been grooming my pets for awhile. They're not only do a great job but are very friendly and nice. I feel comfortable about leaving my fur baby in their care.

After 10 years of good service, they left the hair on the dog’s ear an inch or more shorter than the other side. We took him back and they trimmed it. No apology!
The next visit they “dematted his tail” which they had never done before. He always had long smooth hair on his tail like the long hair on his ears. He came home with the hair on his tail very short and choppy looking. I called them and they said this was normal procedure but they had never done that to my dog in the 10 years before. There was no apology offered. Trooper will not be going back there again.
Been going here for about year and half my dog is always taken care of and nice and clean.
This place is awesome. The people are quick, friendly, and thorough.
My only complaint is that they will close early if they finish their scheduled grooming. I tried to walk in for a quick nail trim during their posted hours and they were closed. Later I was told that they will close early if they’re done with grooming appointments. So if you don’t have an appointment be sure to call first before walking in!
