Jonathan is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. It took an appointment or two for us to figure out our rhythm, but he gets me and I get him. We go back and forth between designs I find and designs that come from his creative genius. Whether it’s replicating a style or designs from his own inspiration, you won’t be disappointed. Jonathan is constantly perfecting his craft, and though his technique is already a cut above the rest, he still takes refresher courses and design classes. Love this spot and Jonathan’s artistry.
Had my nails done by Julie and she did such an amazing job. Loved the way she treated my nails while removing the old dipping powder. And of course love the end result. And the price is just perfect. Thank you Julie ????????????????????????????????????
I go to Dakota Nails for SNS Dipping powder. Mai is my favorite nail tech, she always over delivers! I highly recommend her! This is my most recent nail design for graduation and this is exactly like the picture I showed her! I have gotten so many complements on my nails!
I came in to get my nails done on Sunday. Here is a full honest review. First I spoke with one of their receptionists and made an appointment that required a deposit, which I made. When I came in to get my nails done they gave me someone who was not confident enough to complete my look, which was a simple gel set with rhinestones on both middle fingers. She told me that the guy who does that was not here. She did end up doing it, though I was not elated with what she did I accepted as I had to leave for vacation the very next morning, and tipped. When it was time to close out I was charged the full price even though I made a deposit and didn’t realize until I made it to my car. I returned to the store and they fixed this mistake. My issue is that when I went on vacation the following day 3 stones had already fallen off. I Instantly messaged them and attached pictures and they said that I could come in to get it fixed when I returned. When I came in to get it fixed I was questioned on when and where my appointment was and who did my nails, and told to return 30 minutes later.30 minutes later when I returned no one acknowledged me, and no one attempted to fix my nails. While I understand the shop may be busy, this is unacceptable customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon. There is no reason that a $75 full set should have issues less than a week after getting it done. In addition, every nail-tech should be capable of completing a basic set with a few rhinestones. I will attach pictures. Clearly they don’t value their clientele. Please take your money elsewhere. Sitting here as I have been writing this review 15 min. later and still no acknowledgement.
Scheduled an appointment.. that is the only way they are taking customers now. When you walk in they make you wash your hands. Each station had a glass between seats and when I came in it was only 8 people total. 4 guest and 4 technicians. The place is clean, the prices are responsible. Only reason I gave them a 4 star is because the lady cut my big toe when doing my cuticles.
Great service! Deposit is needed to book an appointment, goes toward your service. My gel, custom freestyle design set was done by Jonathan, 5 stars! My new nail spot for sure!
I have never had my finger nails done here however I can vouch for their pedicures. This salon offers several different pedicure options. Each of them have different choices (milk and honey, hot towel, paraffin wax, etc.). They have this box of goodies that are used during your pedicure and you choose the scent that you like most. The pedicures are really nice. They have a great variety of polish (regular/gel). The pedicure chairs are comfy and it's a really nice atmosphere. There's calm music playing and 2 televisions. I like it here and think it's a pretty cool place. I'd definitely recommend this salon to someone looking for a clean, calm, cool salon. Enjoy!
I physically went into the salon to book an appointment and showed them what I wanted. They said they will put me with the person who could do it. I came to the appointment and another customer came and was told her tech called out sick. That customer wanted specific people. So apparently they took my scheduled tech to attend the other customer. I was left with someone who apparently could not do what I asked for and the nerve of her to tell me she had another customer waiting for her. Very poor customer service and they do not listen to what the customer wants. Will not be returning. And they still charged me full price. They could have at least offered a discount for the I convenience they've caused me
