Make sure you read the bad reviews on this place and NEVER COME HERE!! It’s currently 3pm and when they saw me walking to the entrance they ran to lock the door so I wouldn’t come in. After a bit an older lady came out and told me they are closed. How are they closed at 3pm??? With all the workers and a few customers in there??? So I’m asking her how because I literally called them a few days ago confirming time and trying to make an appointment and they specifically told me they don’t do appointments and to just walk in. She then pointed to the sky, basically saying because it’s raining. What does that have to do with me? She told me to come tomorrow. Why would I ever do that? Especially after what they just did. I was coming all the way from buckhead and used an Uber. So a $100 ride coming and going to be turned at the door. Then I couldn’t get an Uber fast enough to take me home on top of that. If you want to be treated like dirt from people with 0 customer service, who shouldn’t even own let alone run a business then be my guest

I’ve had a blow out before but this!!!!! Oh my goodness Que Linda!!!!

I came in with a bird nest of tangled hair. Usually My blow outs last just long enough to exit the salon because I’m natural. Plus I’m always scared of the heat damage.

One… abuelita was so gentle with my tender scalp and nice to not make me feel guilty. Two the dyer was not set on take me to hell hot.

Three… they were even more gentle detangling and blowing my hair out. At this point I knew it won’t going to last. She trimmed the CORRECT amount off, my hair didn’t smell burnt, and it’s soo light and airy. Even they were surprised that it was so long because it was so tangled.

I love the shop. I have been going for years! They have grown my hair. I've had it majorly cut, and she grew it back again!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! ladies i found this place on goolge looking for somewhere quick to go. Upon her finishing my hair she told me that my price was $20 more than what I was originally supposed to pay which was $40 and it says on their sign $40 for all textures and links clearly stated in bold letters. Upon refusing to pay the surprise she stole my card and refused to give it back then trapped me in the store and I had to call the police. I absolutely would not recommend going here it was my first time in it definitely will be my last.

Took forever! I went twice and left both times because it was ridiculous! Poor communication, arguments with the customers! My anxiety got so bad that I left after waiting a hour (and that was after a wash not including)! I've been there once before but there was an older lady and 3 people total. which could have made a difference! But I'm good I won't be back it was way too much for me
