Every time I come here I receive one of the best cuts/colour of my life and this time surpassed my expectations tenfold. I made my appointment with Neal who is incredible and my go-to stylist in this salon. I recommend him to all my friends!!
He's extremely attentive, kind, and really knows what he's doing. The entire time I felt like it was going exactly as planned- he would check in with me along the process, show me patch tests, and the assistant (I think her name was Kelly) was very kind as well. The cut part of the process is masterful and fast. The results were my dream hair. Im crying just looking at it. No idea how this was achieved but here it is reverse peekaboo in a rose gold/pink!
I've been going here for many years for haircuts. Excellent stylists and styling. My hair always always looks fantastic and I feel amazing walking out the door. Best part, very inexpensive compared to the rest of NYC!
The stylist cut my hair like she needs to go to somewhere else in 10 minutes, and there is no other customers after me (surreal). And the result does not feel like $36 is worth. This is my second time and my satisfaction decreased to unacceptable.
As a young Asian male I would rate this 5 stars mostly due to the how nice and understanding my barber was. He consultated me and walked me through the process. I highly recommend Neal. I was trying to find a baber shop that could understand me in english and also be able to cut Asian hair and this place met my expectations.
Apparently they do not want business from someone who does not carry luxury handbags or looks like not going to spend hundreds of bucks on their hair. If you just want a simple haircut, DON’T BOTHER. When I was turned away the 1st time I should have known better. When I showed up on time for a scheduled appointment and waited for half an hour, I was turned away, AGAIN. I do not deserve your efforts at all, right? Then I will make sure NO ONE WILL EVER DO.

I love coming here and Jason has been one of the best hairdressers I work with. He is detailed, thoughtful and makes good recommendations on styling. Will recommend him and this salon to friends.
Neal is excellent. He offers a great haircut and the salon is friendly and very clean.
