After almost 5 years living in Southend & looking for a hairdresser, I've finally found one! And it was well worth the wait! Love love love my new hair friendly polite service, very clean establishment, excellent professional standards and very reasonable pricing!
Went in there got seen straight away. Great, then the barber asked what I wanted I
explained and completly ignored me. Not a great haircut but the other staff members are friendly.
They cut my Son's hair regularly. He has had several of the barbers cut his hair and they have all been brilliant. He is always really happy with the cut. The wait is usually not too long too!
Bloke that cut my hair was quite scissor happy, chuckled when he burnt my head with the hairdryer and also had to keep asking his friend what I wanted, due to a language barrier. Have used Cut U Up previously with no problems, but maybe expansion since the first store has driven down quality?

Always happy with the results, Vera is really good with my son who is autistic,he will only ever have her to cut his hair, she always cuts it how he likes it, and makes him feel calm, she cuts my hair also, and always listens and does it how I like it.
Decent barbers and all the employees are very friendly and professional
Have been taking my three boys here for the last four years they do a brilliant job and the wait is never long. Good value for money. Children particularly enjoy getting a lollipop once they are done.
