Wonderful pleasant helpful professional staff here!!! For years l have come here and it has always been very pleasant, organized with Nyla and the kind owners. Nyla and staff she trains very well, knows exactly what you want and need! They always say THANK YOU TO THERE CUSTOMERS AND MAKE YOU FEEL APPRECIATED. The helper was great sold me something I didn't know I needed in less than 2 minutes. Awesome sales skills. The problem is the cashier charged me an additional $30 on my bill. I asked why my bill was so high, he said due to the hair purchase. OK. I get home and look over the receipt there's a mysterious item( that I don't have)$14.99 x 2!! I go back to ask him to rering my items and sure enough there's a difference of $30. He tried to explain it away and eventually gave me my money back minus the tax. I will not be returning. Then on top of that, kept the erroneous receipt so I couldn't prove the overcharge. I wonder if there were others who weren't paying attention like me..
Never had a bad experience while shopping here! They have great customer service and the own know their all the time customer that’s regular shopper!! They have any and everything and the prices are reasonable! They also carry t-shirts, maxxi dress, legging,, sandle, hats and a whole more!!! GREAT Selection of things but I don’t think they’re currently open!
I pass this place every day and actually never paid attention to it, until a friend told me about it and said she was sure I could find the product I was looking for there. I went and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I find what I needed, the customer service exceeded my expectations. I forgot the ladies name who works there but she is absolutely fantastic and deserves recognition. This is my new beauty supply to go to.
I loved the washers and dryers they dry your clothes better than across the street. They serve you better. And you can actually use the bathroom
They have either good or bad days. Hair cool but DONT BUY 30SEC HAIR GLUE, THEY PUT WATER INSIDE MEANING THEY ARE FULL OF IT. MR. GLASSES AT CASH REG DIDNT EVEN TRY TO HEAR ME OUT!!!!!!!! TALKED OVER ME BECAUSE OTHER PEOPLE WAS RIGHT BY ME IN LINE!
