Jennifer does amazing pedicures and Kelly does great eyebrows and pretty good nails as well, however I came in for a pedicure and the guy in the 3rd seat from the door (I’d you walk straight) was the first person available. Within 3 days, 3 different nails broke and they charged me although they claim to fix any problems without charge. I’ll be coming back for my pedicure only if Jen can do them, and my brows with Kelly but the nails? NEVER again. Just look at how sloppy they look.
Been going here for a while but been disappointed the last 4 times. 3 times the polish peeled in a day. Figured out it was their perfect match polish. Switched to the daisy All was well. I go back and the lady decided to change my color and put perfect match in a different shade.nit to mention she's going back and forth with my nails and anyone who walked in for eyebrows. I said I don't want. She said itd fine and proceed. Well I proceeded not to tip. I don't tip poor service. It might be time to start looking elsewhere.
I’ve went there three times and honestly I’m not gonna go back. I’m not sure why it took me three times to realize that every single time I go I’m disappointment, but the last time I went was just beyond me. It took three people to try to do a design on my nail. Not one of them could do the design and he still wanted to charge me the price that they would charge me with that design. I voiced my opinion …. then they brought the price down, but overall their attitude in the there is not for us Black people, a lot of these no salons aren’t.
Usually she does a good job but she was rushing and was making mistakes and going back and forth between me her other clients, that were getting their eyebrows done. and she was gonna charge me $50 for it
Absolutely disgusting!!! Roaches walking along the plastic partition… The technician wouldn’t listen to me when I asked her to take it easy multiple times. She drug the nail tool under my nail and caused cuts along the nail bed… Absolute horror show… Stay far away!
To crowded, too many workers for such a small place.

I went to Crystal nail salon on central Avenue in east orange nj yesterday for a color change on my toes, the Spanish girl that was assigned to color my toes keep asking me if I want pedicure I kept telling her no just a color change, she spray my foot with some alcohol then clean the old polish, didn't even wash off the residue from the old polish off my toes then she painted my toes it was the worst thing I ever saw I kept telling her miss you have to wash off the my toes before you put new polish on she just ignored me and took my sandals to the drying station, of course I did not let that happen to me , they had a different girl redo my polish change, the next thing g a polish change cost ten dollars or 12 dollars so make sure you have correct change or they will charge you 15 buck if you are not paying attention, place is not too clean, and they get mad if you point out a dirty or wet spot before you sit, or put your foot in the spa, they won't see me there again.
I don’t recommend because they charge you to use your card I thought that was illegal? Then the lady that did my pedicure did so fast and had an attitude girl bye I will never go back in there if it was free.
