After being refused by a nearby salon, I called here. I ask about the wait time. I was told to come in. A chair was waiting for me. GREAT service, my pedicure was a complete experience and the manicure was another wonderful work. I only regret not having enough for the tip that was on my heart. I did go back and made up for it. I will return.

Got a new full set of dip nails w/V-French white tips & spa pedicure. Very Friendly, I love that they are very personable & good vibes. My cousin had me switch to here at least a year & a half or more ago. One of my best friends comes here also. They are a very busy salon, but worth the wait. Prices are reasonable.
The nail tech was using a drill to remove Gel polish. She was drilling my nails which was damaged to my nails. I asked her to not do my thumbs with the drills. She refused me because she was lazy at removing gel polish with the cotton , Foil/ acetone. I have been better serviced at Archid Nails @787 Pulaski Hyw Bear DE 19701.
I have been a customer for years now. The owner, her husband and niece are very rude. I’ve never complained and always tip them GOOD. The one time I said I didn’t like the way my nails came out, my cuticles were dry and the nail color did not appear as the same way the “book” showed. They treated me as if I was nothing and my feelings did not matter. Told me not to come back there. Not to mention the wait time is ridiculously long. I don’t recommend this nail salon. Try Top nails or Dimond nails!
I would definitely recommend this salon. I was in desperate need of a good nail salon and once I found this salon, I was immediately impressed and have been coming back faithfully for the past 6 months. Jenny does my nails and I have not gone Anywhere else since.
I have been going here for some years now, there are very good and patient.
The female owner is rude. I spent plenty of money at this establishment and I had to put the owner in her place. There is only one nail tech that can do good nails and that is the niece Jen. The rest of the techs are trash. They do not keep there instruments cleaned which made one of my toe nails fall off. They will never see my money again. I am also reporting them to the BBB for the lack of customer service and to the Department of Health. If I could give a zero I would.
