the employees were nice but the nails disappointed me. i thought they were going to look much better. $90 dolllars plus $16 tip, i didn’t even get what i wanted. in other salons i’ve gone to, they cost me at least $75. i thought they were going to come out pretty but many of them are short and then long. i got them for my quinceañera but i will be going to another salon, wasted $106.
I like getting my nails done here. The place is big abd clean. Esther is great and so are the rest of the girls there.
I came to this place a few times and Esther took care of me and I was very pleased with her service, One time i need it my nails done and unfortunately Esther was off on that day and the lady that answers the phone booked me with herself, I arrived to my appointment it was at 2pm and when i arrived she made me wait 20 minutes because she was getting her own nails done, when I sit on her chair I asked for a Gel Manicure not Gel tip and without me knowing she did a nail tip I was confused because Esther never did that process and it was Burning really bad, at the end of the service i was schoked because Esther always charges me $45 and she Charged me $75 I was confused but i work in salon business so I thought she is the owner probably her prices are higher but no SHE WAS SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL SHE DID AN ENTIRE COMPLETE DIFFERENT SERVICE THAT I ASKED FOR TO today i went to get my nails done and the person told me you have gel tip you want fill in or remove and after 3 weeks i just knew that she did whatever she wanted. THEY DONT LISTEN TO THE CLIENTS NEED AND LITERALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY.
I had a beautiful and relaxing experience at this salon. They treated me with so much respect and patience.I highly recommend this salon and ask for June she’s amazing!!! She was so patient & did a gorgeous job on my nails & designed it exactly how I like it definitely going back !
Great place to get a good and nice manicure and pedicure
Great place to get your nails done. They do a great job and take extra care to make sure your nails are perfect. However, it is not the nicest salon I’ve been to. It’s pretty old but serves its purpose. There’s also usually a long wait as it’s pretty popular. You have to get them at the right time. Other than that, great salon. Looking forward to coming back.
