Wow, Mary…YOU are my favorite girl and I’ll never cheat on you lol. What an awesome job. This is the second time i come here and i will never go anywhere else again. I get compliments on my beautiful nails all the time, at least 10 times a day. Just LOVE how amazing you are. Best nail place in Monroe, hands down! In my one year in Monroe, I tried them all and i finally found the one. MARY is the best. Make sure you ask for her.
I absolutely LOVE the ladies here. Everyone is so nice and we are always laughing and having fun. I work with all men so it’s nice to have some girl time sometimes. I get dip powder on my natural nails to make them a bit stronger and they always look perfect.
I don't like the way I get rushed to find the right colors or designs for my nails. The staff is good but needs to be more friendly and don't forget the things that you asked for.
The place is comfortable and clean and their work is good.
I'm so sad that I don't live close because this would be my regular salon if I did! Both times I came in this week they were very friendly, great atmosphere, they double checked with me that I knew the price of the service before they started. Everyone was friendly and my nails and toes look amazing! Get the organic luxury Pedi, it's worth it!
I went to this salon to get my acrylics removed due to personal reasons and on a timeline. Instead of soaking them or filing them down, they trimmed my nail shorter and used a tip to peel them off my nail! My nails now hurt and my natural nail is damaged. All I can do is wait for them to grow out. I already have brittle nails that break all the time. I could have removed them this way at home which is not good for your nails and why I went to a salon. Very disappointed and upset finding out after the fact that this is not common practice and my nails should not have been removed this way!
I have been coming to this nail salon for years. I have seen probably almost every tech that works here and I have never left unsatisfied with my nails, they always do a great job!
i requested long nails and i got them at first, then she kept cutting after i said it was a good length. then she shaped one round, some square and some coffin after i asked for coffin shape.
I will give my most honest opinion. A week ago I was doing these nails and I did not like how they left me they are crooked and badly cast. after I noticed that the edges of my nails were dry and very full, I went back to see if they could help me and they got upset. They "TRIED" help me and this was the result. They charged me $ 57 dll.
