Hotel is a bit dated but staff are friendly rooms are clean and comfortable
No tv but you can make a hot drink in your room.
Has a bath and shower combo
You can see the sea from the room I was in which was a pleasant surprise.
No food in rooms but can eat down stairs or eat out if you wish
Parking not so good only a small parking area at the back of the hotel and then road side parking if you are lucky.
I would use this hotel again.
Breakfast included in the price.

Value for money and superbly run with a warm relaxed atmosphere.
Okay, rooms could do with a lick of paint, but our room clean and extremely comfortable.The hotel its self is beautiful Art Deco building built by the Bateman family (of the magnificent ale fame).
The ground floor looks amazing with all its original features.
Breakfast is absolutely incredible as much as you like of pretty much what you want.
All the staff were totally awesome
I did not stay there personally but my daughter did and she had no complaints, they even stored her belongings before and after using the hotel so she could explore Skegness.
Rob and Raz on reception we’re great really helpful. Room was nice and clean very good for the price and great location for the beach and town centre would definitely stay again.
If you’re still living in 1980, then this is the place for you. Walls haven’t been painted since the 70s and bathroom still has 80s fittings in. Didn’t want to even wash my hands in their sink, but I had to. Thank god I had my flip flops because I wouldn’t step in that shower barefoot if you paid for me to go Dubai. Genuinely happy to go home. Never again.
Absolutely disgusted went into hotel today to see if they had any rooms a requested a double not bothered whether it was sea view or not they said they’d phone fair enough, got a call went back to hotel paid for the room and went about my day after confirming it was a double room with sea view so paid £90 went back to the room after and found out it’s not what I paid for went to reception who was absolutely shocking help and said to push the two single beds together however in room 41 you cannot do that and the fact your asking a guest to do tha is dangerous under the grounds of health and safety and said there’s nothing he could do…. Ended up telling him I want a refund I now have to phone them tomorrow and speak to the manager for a refund because they couldn’t solve there mix up so ended up driving home … this place is under new management and it’s shocking service let’s see if I get the refund when I phone them toMorrow
