Tracy did an amazing job. I was in the area for work and was able to get in for a fill and pedi! Solon was clean. Staff was friendly. I’d make the drive from Phoenix to get my nails done again. That’s how much I enjoy the atmosphere.
Went in for a manicure. I was out of town and needed a quick clean up manicure. They said they could do it and squeezed me in between appointments and then proceeded to rush the entire job. I'm 24 hours past appointment and my hands look worse than they did when I went in. I'm a big sevice industry supporter. I tip at least 20 percent no matter what, but if you can't do the job or don't have the time you shouldn't book. Period. I wasted 50 dollars. Shame on ya'll.
The pedicures are excellent. They do an extra service for the pedicure and is great. I have try other places before and they are fine this one is my favorite for pedicures.
Very rude to everyone! I waited 30 minutes for a manicure and polish change on my toes. After 30 minutes this stone faced woman came over and she was going to do a “dry” manicure. No water, no soaking. She took out a used nail file from a bucket she had on the floor that you use on acrylic nails… To use on my natural nails. I am a licensed manicurist. I do my own cuticles… But I wanted to indulge myself in service. When I realized that she was not going to give me a regular manicure, I said… Just do a polish change on my both fingernails and toes. She said… $30
$30 for a polish change on my hands and feet? Just a polish change?! $30? Yes. She then, dropped my hand that she had in her hand buffing my nail… And I told her she’s crazy! Not charging me $30 to change my nail polish!! I’m not paying you $30 to ruin my nails with your nail file.
I wonder how much they were going to charge me for the manicure and polish change on my toes? $60?

My sister and mother warned me but decided to try it anyway since this was the only place I called that could get me in the same afternoon.
????Ok experience……. Left feeling like a got a mini pedicure for a regular price. Massage was maybe 2 mins each foot and left feeling like I didn’t get my $35 worth. No one really talks to you and no one asked me what pedicure I wanted. Half way through I asked if they had a menu for pricing and found out they have many different kinds but none were offered to me. I’m not from here and I would definitely try other places if I come back to Cottonwood to visit.
Henry did a really nice job on my nails. It was very clean inside and they were on time for their appointment with me. I really liked how they did not yell at each other across the room. The employees were very polite. I don't understand why they don't have prices posted but I verified my charge before my service.
Made an appointment for gel manicure and pedicure 4 days after the gel chipped on 2 of my nails. Pedicure they don’t scrub your heals I ask them to do it and he did it for a split minute never did do the heal. Don’t waste your time or money.
Tucked near the far corner of the Safeway shopping is where hou will find this gem. CLEAN!!!
I had a fill done and it was to amazing standards. I scheduled my next appointment before I left. Cant wait for the pedicure next time.
