Came on a Friday and got a dip manicure and pedicure. They did my nails while I got a pedicure and it was done very sloppy. Came back the next day to get a couple nails fixed and when they started to soak off all my nails I attempted to stop them but they insisted they do it because they were "grown out ". I told them I just got them done not even 15 hours prior but they didn't listen and ended up charging me for an entire set again. To top it off, by Tuesday (3 days later) almost all were cracked and two have completely come off. I've gotten dip manicures at another salon for years and they easily last 2 weeks if not longer so I'm not sure what happened but I'm out over $100 down the drain and nothing but broken and missing nails to show for it.

This place was amazing! Tammy was my nail tech and did a perfect job. It was the fastest service I have ever gotten and the best nail shape and color I have ever received!! The staff is awesome and it is the best nail salon I have gone to in Omaha!

Although this nail salon is much further from me than my previous nail salon, my nail tech, Sam, is AMAZING! Finding a nail tech who delivers the kind of service that Sam does is not easy; she always goes above and beyond with each of her clients! She takes great pride in her work, is a great conversationalist, and is the only nail tech I trust to take care of my toes! Be sure to ask for Sam when you make an appointment!

Absolutely horrible experience there last night. I’ve been a customer for a few years now every few months. I received a gift card for Christmas so decided to use it last night for a pedicure. From start to finish the pedicure was 25 minutes long. They did not scrub the bottom of my feet, only rubbed my toes with a brush. I asked if they would be scraping my feet, he said “I did” and showed me the brush. They did not rub my feet either, only rubbed lotion on my legs. The other bizzare thing, was they did not prep my nails for painting, they simply painted with shellac (3 coats) and then they said we were done. When I asked the owner to have a conversation she said, you must pay extra to have your feet rubbed and scraped. Now mind you, I’ve been coming there for years and get this exact pedicure every time. I asked if they changed the pedicure and she said yes because the cost of everything is going up- which makes zero sense in this situation. The owner had zero interest in making it right and taking ownership for the situation; which is just beyond sad. I’ve supported this business and referred many people here. The one thing I liked about them is they used to set a timer and ensure the customers had an experience. $55 for 25 minutes for them to soak my feet, put lotion on my legs and pain my toes is mind boggling to me. I also called after I left to hopefully make it right, after they had some time to think about the situation, they had zero interest and told me I need to pay extra for additional services. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money! Find people and a company that cares for their customers!

Edit to ADD: I called them back after seeing this response below and told me they didn’t mean to write the response below and if I wanted to come in and pay for additional services I could. I recorded the phone conversation with them after I called back after seeing their response to my review. I need to figure out how to shorten and post the video. Ever MORE of a reason to avoid this place at ll costs.

Got coffin nails, have gone 3 times same shape. First place in a long time that able to have them even. Absolutely fabulous work and fast work.

Absolutely love Sam! Will recommend her to anyone anywhere I go! Not only do my nails look amazing, she even helped me pick the perfect shape to make my short stubby fingers look great! She was nice, funny, and easy to talk to!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!!

My mom and I went around noon on a Tuesday. And even with a good amount of people they were totally on top of it. My biggest fear being in a salon with lot of people, is that they will start rushing and it will lead to sloppiness. But they went fast and steady the whole time. Such a fun and calm atmosphere. We had Max and Nancy and they were both terrific. They both knew what we wanted and helped us get exactly what we were wanting. Definitely going back!

They always do exactly what I picture, and I never haver have an issue. One amazing thing about them is even if your nail breaks in a week, they will fix it with no charge!! 100% recommend!!
