This place is so unprofessional the owner Suasan Nguyen is so rude and disrespectful to the customers and talk bad about her employees to the customers. The owners tries to fight her customers. You can’t talk to the owner because she always busy and have an attitude when anyone tries to talk to her about a service. This was my first time coming there and I had a horrible experience. This will be my last time coming here. They don’t care about the customers or how they even feel. They treat customers any way they want and think it’s okay. Terrible customer service!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! The only great employee is Cathy and she does nails great but overall the place is the most unprofessional and they need new owners! If I can give it zero stars I would!!
This my second time that they half service me.I am tired of the poor customer service! I went there at 5:45 pm and told them that I wanted nails, pedi and wax done and they told me okay and to be seated.not even 10 minutes passed by I was called to do my pedicure right after they finished with my pedicure they told me they can only do my eyebrows because it is passed 8 pm for me to come back tomorrow! Why would I come to a place that can’t prioritize their customers. If you knew you wouldn’t have time why start the service and not finish… I advise you please do not go this place they are the worst!!!!they don’t care about their customers!!!!this is the second time this happens!!!
Been coming here for over a year. I only have had Si do my nails and several different people do my pedicures. Always satisfied with the results!
Did very good work on my nails. I got a full set of coffin nails and a regular pedicure. My feet feel very soft and clean and my nails look lovely. They take their time while doing nails, which is both a pro and con depending how busy they are. I’d probably consider coming back in the near future.
This place is so unprofessional and so unhygienic! Not only did the owner speak rudely to me, she also stops and does 10 other nail sets as well with out changing gloves. She speaks to you as if you are below her. Not only that, but I made an appointment. My appointment was at 2pm and I sat and waited patiently, it is now 4pm! I was not acknowledged and after my 2 hour wait I decided to say something and was bombarded by many with rude remarks. This is not how you run a business. The prices are high, the people are rude, & the place is so freaking dirty. I heard rats. despicable.
Had an overall good experience. Love my nails, BUT he did accidentally cut me with the machine. The shape and quality is good. My wait time wasn’t that bad for being a walk-in, but my friend came at the same time as me, and the tech asked her 2 times if she was getting anything and both times she said “Yes, full set gel acrylic.” He sent her to pick her colors. She picked them, and sat to wait. He ended up taking ANOTHER walk-in. We asked him why he took her first and his response was “I’m sorry I didn’t know she was getting anything,” ???? Short term memory much? Other than those 2 things, it was overall normal-fair customer service, but their nails techs do good nails. Nail color I got was DND Italian Pink. Can’t remember the glitter color.
I have never been to a place so unprofessional. I brought my mom here to get her usual french tip oval shaped nails. You’d think a popular style would be so easy to do. First this style shouldn't take 3 hours to do, with an appointment scheduled as well. Appointments mean nothing here. When they finished her nails, my mom showed me them. They were all uneven, lumpy and just a mess. When I told the nail tech, he could barely explain the reason behind it. The manager I would think, a lady, came and further explained it’s because she’s using her real nails. She ALWAYS uses her real nails and it’s never been a problem. She then started pointing at a sign “We reserved the right to refuse service to anyone” and making quite the scene. I just wanted someone to fix her nails, and if they couldn’t just take them off and refund because I had already paid. Glad I didn’t leave a tip before seeing the work. Someone else did do her nails and changed the color but the shape looked the same. I will not be returning and I do not recommend if you are a picky person with your nails. They did do good on my brows though I will say.
Great service! Great prices! It get busy in peak hours. But the girls are fun and fast!
