Staff is so sweet when I come, I have social anxiety and they are gentle and let you take your time deciding what drink is best. I had to walk through the drive through one time as well which made me a little nervous and the lady in front of me paid for my drink. I love the friendly environment and tasting options at coffee creations! So please tip your barista!
Love this place mainly because it’s the only coffee shop that I know of that sells hot/iced/frozen psl (pumpkin spice latte) year round. It’s seriously so great to have a craving in March and not having to wait til November to get a fix. Their service is pretty nice although I’ll definitely say the girls can be a little provocative (flirty) with their behavior. It’s not really professional but it gives my bf and I a laugh. The drink itself is always delicious- it’s a perfect blend of spices and sweetness and genuinely makes me think of Autumn. It’s always been consistent too which is a plus.
Minus one star because I cannot agree more with others about the aggressive tipping culture that has become a thing now. I really don’t appreciate being put on the spot and quite frankly it annoys me to the point where I don’t go unless I really want to treat myself. Dutch Bros does the same thing and I tell them no every time. The job is to make coffee- it literally doesn’t warrant a tip. CC needs to stop doing this along with DB and any other place that guilts customers into tipping because it ultimately means losing business. Just put out a tip box and call it a day but don’t flat out ask for tips.. it’s tacky and very awkward.
Been going here for 6 years. Genuinely my favorite coffee...anywhere. I don't know how they make it so good.
My kids also beg me for their hot cocoa. They put something in it that makes kids love it. ;)
Also, to all those who don't like how they ask for tips.....their coffee is always cheaper than other places...significantly...enough that anyone can afford a little bit in tip especially if you want to encourage business to continue to exist.
My only complaint about this place is that there aren't more of these around.

I can’t say enough good things about coffee creations. It’s my go to coffee spot in Saratoga springs. And they’re open on Sundays!! All of their coffee combos/flavors are absolutely delicious. You can adjust or custom-make your drinks to your liking. The staff is really sweet and are always helpful if/when you have questions about the menu. I love the easily accessible drive thru. It can get busy at times but the wait is well worth it. I love their dirty chai and recommend trying it.
I love the Cuban Mocha. This is our favorite coffee joint. Best barista service in the valley and easily. We will be back of course.
Don’t be afraid if the drive thru line is long. They have improved the speed with the drive thru since Covid started, and are efficient and I never have to wait long. Love this place, been going here for years. I appreciate that they are contactless with payment methods and always ask about a tip. I am usually tired and would forget to tip otherwise. They will customize and make suggestions for me, they are kind and helpful and take the time with me to find out what I want. They make me delicious drinks, like the one pictured, no one else does specialized drinks. The girls come out to take your order, so it’s ready by the time you get to the window. Also, they always have a treat for my doggos!
Service was fast and friendly. And the coffee was AMAZING! We were referred there by a local friend on our way through. I got the dirty beach iced, and oh my word, if coffee is served in heaven, this place has that recipe! Sooo good!!
