I am very upset with this place! We made an appointment for 2 kids 2 sets and one fill. When when we got there we picked our colors and had to wait for over 30 minutes while walkins got seated. Then I was told that my daughter could

not get watermelon nails (red with black dots) so we picked glow in the dark. Then they said they could not do the glow in the dark so my daughter picked a pink with sticker butterflies and he argued with me about the stickers.. I had to fight for my daughter to get what she wanted all while trying to get my nails done. (Stickers fit fine and hers look goo) Then the lady that was doing my nails got up and walked away and never came back everyone was done their nails and I was sitting there with my nails partially taken off. This point we had to go so I left with nails that weren't even finished being removed. The guy running the place was so rude and I was being so nice to him trying to figure out my daughter's nails and he told my friend that I needed to calm down. Meanwhile my friend is arguing whether or not she's paying for her daughter's nails because they were already peeling off and the reason they were peeling off is because they put glitter with no base coat. This was a very unsettling situation and we will never go back

Since the new management service is going down hill quickly. The salon is unkept, staff is very cold and unwelcoming. Coco Nails $ Spa was a wonderful place with great customer service and wonderful nail technicians. Today I had to do my own nails, as I was coughing because of the residue on her table. The nail technician could not understand that I want alternate colors and could not paint a simple flower. Icing on the cake was when she over charged me. Will not be returning, shame it was a very nice place before the turn over. ????

Had an amazing experience!! First time I went, I got a pedicure and loved it, second time I got a fill and Peter did amazing! I love them…he was super gentle and made sure they looked good! Highly recommend

This place is not one I would recommend. I asked to get a new set of acrylics with a simple design. The First Lady I had was definitely new so I let a lot slide, she didn’t cut my nails, cut my cuticles, offer me anything to drink, or even say hello to me. Once I notified her that she didn’t cut my nails, she told me it was fine even though they were too long. When she started, she messed up and had to peel the acrylic off my nail. I began to bleed because she ripped off my skin and part of my nail. When I asked her to stop the man next to her, told me I was okay. Then when she was filing my nails down, she couldn’t do it right so three different people came over and filed my nails down, grabbing my hand and just shaving away. Their movement was way too aggressive and it hurt which I told them and nobody cared then when they started to do my nails. The design was sloppy and non my nails are the same length, my middle finger nail is the shortest nail out of all of my nails. They are lumpy and uneven and then charged me extra for coffin shape, though it’s not posted anywhere. Really rude staff and over all bad experience.

I went there today, I was told I could not get the shade of green I wanted, so I got green "cat eye" look. On my one finger the cat eye wasn't turning out right, instead of the guy fixing it he keep putting another layer of polish on. My nail looks like a 2 year old painted it, all sloppy and thick, very uneven. The guy who was doing my nails wasn't paying attention to me, kept talking with another guy and laughing, probably at me. Charged me $48.00 and gave me a $3 off coupon. I won't be back to use it. This place is as bad as Sparkle. I have pictures but can't post them.

Not very happy with any of their services over the last 6 months, quickly deteriorating and very unprofessional, last week when there the heat was not working, it wasn't until you sat down and didn't move, that you noticed it was so cold inside. Eventually while I was there employees asked if everyone was cold, and as we said yes, they just said us too, and laughed. They slowly starting putting on their jackets or bundled up in sweaters & sweatshirts. At this point, in the middle of both services, do you just get up and leave? The gentleman that did my daughters nails was shivering and nicked her 2x's, making her bleed. My pedicure, for $50.00, was horrible, and on top of the no heat, my feet were so cold, from the cold towel wrap around my legs. When I mentioned this, the very nice girl would only say sorry and removed the towel. She also forgot the top coat to just a normal nail polish used (not gel). Very disappointed in the recent service...wont be returning anytime soon

I called right before a Holiday and they told me to come right over. They could not have been nicer and did a great job on my nails. Pic is almost a week after having them done

I recommend this nail salon to my family all the time, they have always given me exactly what I asked for. Their staff is friendly and kind too.
