Worst place to go. I was here from out of state and for one this place couldn’t match to do any pictures I was showing them off my phone. I still decided to stay and give them the benefit of the doubt and I was so upset of how sloppy this lady left my nails. Not even filed right. Nothing. My nails are bumpy and so misshaped. To top things off, we were over charged. I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTING ANY MONEY HERE, especially not $201 dollars that we were charged ????????
Went in for a fill with Linda and she noticed I had a Halloween design on my nails and asked who did them. I told her I had a gift card to Rose nails and she started cutting my cuticles with her drill bit. I didnt want her to paint my nails just a clear coat and she did such a messy job. Ive been going to Linda since I was in the 6th grade and Ive never had her do anything like this to me before.
I just got a male manicure at this place and is subpar, NOT GOOD.I could have do. I don't recommend this place. Waste of $25. Date: April 6th.

they are ruined ive never seen a job like this before in any salon. i was an appointment specifically with linda and she started rushing all because there was some walk ins im your first priority. Anyone can agree these are disgusting!
Horrible experience!
I asked for a simple gel manicure and the lady must've painted my nails with regular nail polish and placed them under the uv light. Nail polish melted maybe 5 minutes after I left. Didn't want to deal with going back and bought an instant manicure from the pharmacy. Do not recommend going here!

My daughter had a horrible experience here !!! She normally pays with debit everywhere. They didn't warn her it was a "cash only" business before they started. Seriously? What businesses don't accept cards these days? So they felt they had the right to yell at her and physically go into her purse to take her ID while she went to the bank. After they publicly humiliate her in front of everyone, she returns to pay $3 for only removing gel from her nails. She tells them she doesn't want to paint her nails anymore. But they tell her that they started and now she has to paint them. So they make her stay and now proceed to take their anger out on her nails and physically hurt her. The outcome was terrible painted nails and injured fingers. Work quality definitely reflects their shameful and disappointing customer service. How are they even in business when they have no shame in treating their paying customers with such disrespect? My daughter's first and last experience here. I definitely do NOT recommend this place !
Will not be going back. My gel manicure nails started coming off due to too much acrylic around the edge of my cuticles. They started to lift 2 days later. Not happy at all.
I'm extremely disappointed with their service!! I had my nails filed and a pedicure. The gel polish started to chip after 5 days, I walk in to the shop to show lind and ask if i can make an appointment for tomorrow to have them fixed. She seemed bothered and uninterested with my concerns. She stated they dont work by appointments and I would have to walk in later in the day since their busy in the morning. So basically my problem wasn't her concern in the morning. How funny how a business can treat a customer this way as if I got a free nail job. I always tip well and I never complain about their price. Truly disappointed after 9 years of coming to this place # pls train your new Male employee
