It has been 10 days since I’ve gotten my nails done here and paid 68 dollars.
The second day after having them is when the first nail popped off.
Now, not even two weeks later and a total of 6 nails have popped off.
I’ve been getting my nails done for quite some time now and never have had so many nails pop off.
They didn’t even break they all literally came off in whole like they were not glued on properly.

Coat is also peeling which leads me to believe that it’s not gel.
I feel very ripped off by this place.
Update: I went here again and had a completely different experience. The one who did my nails before wasn't there. The design I showed had a lot of rhinestones so I told her not as many. I walked out with none and a square shape instead of stiletto. It was messy as you can see, I was cut and on the pricey side. The lady was nice but I won't go back. I removed a star to average it out.
First off, super nice and very detailed. I didn't have an appointment and was able to get worked on right away. This was about 30 minutes after they opened. I forgot to take a picture sooner but these will be 3 weeks old on the 4th as I got them done 9/13/21. I had a picture and the colors I chose were off so my tech went looking around until she found the perfect colors. They match the picture colors exactly.
On 9/14, the gray middle finger started peeling. I called and went in on the 15th where she proceeded to redo all the gray nails. Super sweet! She redid my matte and the nails honestly looked better than when I first went. However, the next day, as you can see in the picture, my right index chipped but I left it alone.
Because of the inconvenience of having to find time to get nails retouched and some of the craftsmanship, I gave a 4 on out of 5.
My nails came out so well! The woman who did my nails was so meticulous & detail oriented. She paid so much attention to my nails that it took 2 hours for my appointment. Unfortunately I forgot to get the name of the wonderful woman who did my nails but everyone there is so friendly. They also make sure that they are taking the right precautions to make sure everyone is socially distanced. Would recommend!!
I came in for my birthday to get a pedicure and a set
I was very nervous because many times in the past I've gone to places where my nails are way too bulky. I never asked for the young lady's name but she did an amazing job. I loved my nails. I came back a second time this time for a powder dip manicure and again I didn't get the other lady's name. So they have two ladies that did an amazing job on my nails. I think I found my spot!!
Had a really great experience today on a mani pedi. I used to live in downtown Seattle and these ladies did my nails better than most of the larger places in the city. They were also super gentle on my feet unlike other places that scrub them painfully. Definitely going to be recommending this place to friends and family.
Loved this nail salon. Went in with a party of three for our appointment and they got us started right away. Service was amazing and they did each set of nails exactly the way we wanted them.
Great salon! Minh and Yuki were extremely friendly, personable, and very meticulous with my mani/pedi. Will be returning!
Really disappointed with this place if I'm being honest. The woman who did my nails barely spoke to me and it honestly seemed like it was her first time doing acrylics. I showed her a design and it came out AWFUL and she didn't even ask me a single time what I thought about my nails. My hands had a good amount of glue/nail polish on them when she was done and I have lumps in my paint on multiple nails. I read reviews and looked for awhile before choosing this place. Just very disappointing.
