I went in to have my acrylics soaked off and then to do dips. They pried them off with a nail tip, ripping my nails and nail bed up. Then they wanted to file the tops after they were absolutely shredded. Will NEVER go back.
I be back they are sweet people. The young lady that did my nails was so sweet we laughed about things . If you want your nails done in Batesville that's the place to go

The services performed were fine.. but when I went to pay she tried to rip me off. She spoke in Vietnamese to a boy and he did something to the credit card machine. When she ran my card it printed “refund” … she then kept asking me why it said refund and I’m like..”I don’t know, you ran the card.. it’s your machine” she then asked to charge me double and “if it doesn’t get put back in my account I could come back for a credit on my next service” ….I don’t even live in Batesville! So I told her no… run it for the $40 and IF I GET A REFUND I will do the honest thing and send her a payment . Needless to say there was no refund posted to my account and she was just scamming me! So be aware if you go to this place!

First time great will be back for fill n pedi nxt. Wonderful atmosphere and people. Felt very welcoming and clean.
I usually have Nina or Julie do my nails but after a month of not seeing them there, I decided to venture out. I found Nina and Julie in cave city at Asian nails. I finally got a really good pedicure and manicure. I didn't like how every time I asked for my regular people, I was lied to. The new people do a good job but I prefer honesty.
Employees was very nice. But I didn’t get what I asked for and they left nail polish on my skin and tried to remove it with a nail file
Love Mrs. Linda and Mr. Lu, they are a great couple and very friendly. Also your nails look wonderful when you leave.
