The new owner, Jenny, was so sweet and considerate in ensuring I was having a relaxing experience with my pedicure. I did a walk-in roughly one hour before close, and they welcomed me with open arms. I received a bottle of water and immediately got sat in a chair. Even as my nails were drying, I offered to leave at close (7pm) and they urged me to stay to ensure my nails dried.

Very clean and safe environment! I highly recommend this team to those visiting or staying in Sumter.

Love this place! Great atmosphere. Especially with just the right touch of music playing. The owner and staff have been amazing each time I go there. Highly recommended. Not to mention they do great work.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I made an appointment in advance for a manicure pedicure at 2:30 because I had to be somewhere at 5:30. Was not acknowledged when I walked in. Checked in but wasn’t able to tell someone I had an appointment. Someone finally came and asked me what I wanted done at 3:05 pm. Told them I was waiting and I had mad an appointment. They sat me down for my pedicure, let

Minutes after sitting there waiting that they had only cold water for the pedicure. I wanted a gel pedicure but my technician seemed inexperienced and asked if she could do regular I said okay since I figured it would be faster. I picked two different colors for their samples and they couldn’t find either. Ended up just picking something else. Finally at 4:30 I get to the manicure chair. One person starts to take my gel polish off then about 15 minutes later another person comes and starts my manicure. (During this time several people have been in and out with the same services as me, who didn’t have appointments.) the person that starts my manicure then answers the phone, writes down notes, then she starts again, next she goes and helps people with a gift card ( even though other techs were available without clients). I finally leave at 5:10 pm with a cold pedicure and a gel manicure that weren’t even with the colors I wanted or picked out to begin with. But I was offered a sample lip balm for my terrible experience.( no discount) I will not be back.

Loved my first visit. Won't be my last either. Never have i had such a thorough job done. They definitely have a new customer!

My experience waa fantastic - everyone is attentive, careful and very thorough. I received a suggestion from my nail tech that was absolutely spot on and i would recommend this shop to anyone

Roberta was very friendly and did an excellent job with my pedicure. Made an appointment and did not have to wait!! Will definitely return!!

I came here for the first time tonight and Roberta did my nails. I will be coming back to her 100%. She was so kind and her attention to detail was unmatched. I am also really happy about their color selection for dip nails. 61, a sage green, is gorgeous. No other salon I have been to in Sumter has this color.

I had a great experience. My pedicure lasted over 2 months with no chips.
