I had my second visit to Chic today and both times I could not have been happier with my nails! I requested intricate designs both visits and Karen made it happen beautifully both times! In fact, I almost wanted to keep my design from 3 weeks ago as it still looked great, but needed to change it for an event next week. Thien also gave beautiful, clean, quality pedicures both visits. It's great to have found Chic and they've made a new regular out of me.
Amazing staff! I was welcomed right away! They have amazing communication skills! They fixed a set of my nails I got done somewhere else. I came in 30 minutes to closing on a Sunday. They got me right in! Karen was quick and efficient, she knew exactly what style I was going for. I definitely recommend this nail salon! Thank you chic nail and spa! My nails will look great in Vegas ????
My nails started peeling and chipping the day after I got them done. This was a fill and I spent $90 for it. I drive from north Seattle to get my nails done here and had a business trip so I wasn’t able to come in within 2 days to get them replaced.
That’s completely okay if that’s policy but for all my nails to fall apart within the span of a week, one even breaking off, isn’t okay.
Jenny did my acrylic nails and she did an amazing job. If I go back it’s for that reason. Although I think I overpaid because I paid for mine and my sisters nails and it cost like $110. Although I got acrylic and she got dip it shouldn’t have costed that much!
Update 2022- Karen does my nails now change from 4 to 5 stars. She’s amazing I always go here for manicure. I got my nails done for my wedding by her. $65 for these, I gave a great tip:)
Took my girl to get her nails done here and they overcharged her. She says usually when she goes here she pays $65 and they charged her $110. 2 other people were in there getting there nails done they charged 1 person $75 and the other $85. The person they charged $85 got more work done than my girl did and only paid $85. What a rip off don't go to this place. They are horrible and slow.
The service was great. the stylist went over and above trimming, painting , shaping my nails and asking each step if what she was doing was ok or to my liking.
I love Karen. She did such a great job on my nails and my mother in law’s. Would recommend her to anyone who wants to get their nails done either acrylic or gel she can do a lot of designs. If you stop by federal way go to chic nails and spa they have a great team of technicians there!! Highly recommend it!
