I took my nine -year-old daughter to have her hair cut in this solon. Staff members were very friendly to her and chatted with her while she received her haircut. They did a very nice job cutting my daughter’s hair and I appreciate the friendliness expressed to make my little daughter feel welcome. I returned the favor by leaving a 47% tip after buying an additional $50 of hair care products…nice job ladies.
This was my first experience at this Salon and have to say that is was great! I was taken under Maddie’s wing and couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I ended up getting my sides shaved and my hair dyed to my liking. It was a relaxing experience and it was nice to work with Maddie as they were quite knowledgeable and I never felt doubtful of her skills.
Only thing I would change is the bulbs over the one side of working stations should really be changed from warm tones to daylight bulbs. I understand wanting a warm and relaxing atmosphere but the bulbs make it very hard to see the true color of someone’s hair when they’re getting it dyed, and a little inconvenient for someone to feel like they need to go to the front to look at their hair in natural light.
Other than this, I think this place is great and recommend to others!

I went here in hopes to find a experienced hairstylist. I gave the stylist two attempts to get my hair where I wanted it. She charged me accordingly to what I was asking. I paid happily because I wanted quality services. What I got was absolutely nothing like what I wanted. I got a jagged haircut with a rat-tail. My hair looked as if I dyed it myself with a box product. I went back in hopes she would make it right. She then blamed me for the color and the cut. I’m not the professional stylist so how am I to know shades. It’s her job to look at the hair and use her “training” to make the customer happy. I am so disappointed and feel like I wasted my time and money. I will say the staff are very nice but unfortunately my stylist was not very knowledgeable on mixing chemicals or cutting curly hair. I will not go back and I wouldn’t recommend going if you are looking for a professional job.
Love coming here. I’ve been here for haircuts and a perm and both experiences (with different stylists) have been great. I even brought my 2 year old daughter for a hair cut, and the stylist did an amazing job handling a crying child, and she got an amazing haircut !
Will NEVER be back. Showed hair stylist 6 pictures of how wanted hair cut. She didn't cut my hair NO way of the pictures of my hairstyle in past. $53 for haircut and$25 for eyebrow waxing.
Then go up to pay and Ended up being $78????.
When I made appointment they said it would be $75.
I told hairdresser top wasn't short enough, she said we'll just home and style it like u do, if it's not right just come back and I will fix it...????????????????.
NEVER in my life have I paid $53 for a haircut...

So- I came in again today to get a few touch ups on my hair with Fernie, she had me looking and feeling like a million bucks when I walked out. This is my first experience here because I used to go to another salon and my hair stylists kept leaving, so I’m glad I found my new hair magician Fernie! Not only is she a beautiful genuine person but she’s good at what she does. You’re the best Fernie ♥️. So glad I found this salon. FINALLY found my hair salon in Douglasville!
This place is AMAZING! Sam was my stylist and I found out later also the owner! She was spectacular! She and her assistant listened to everything, my questions, my wants, my ideas.
I had been so upset with my last stylist that I had let my hair grow out and it was looking rough. They made me feel like I was their only client the whole time even though they were busy. My hair turned out so good that I almost cried!! I was so happy I have already made my next 2 appointments!
When I noticed that the color hadn’t been done as it was described to me, the stylist told me “well these were the two colors you picked out” however, she suggested them, she should have known what would happen since she was suppose to be a professional. She didn’t seem to care about the mess she made out of my hair even though she said the color would be done evenly all over, what a joke! Don’t go to this shop thinking you will get a professional styling.
