I paid for foot detox, I asked the technician what does it entail as she was draining the water out of the foot tub. She said "I soak in water and take the dead skin off. Ok great. Well she never filled the tub for the detox nor did she put anything in the water the first time for detox. Needless to say I will not be coming back.
Ask service. Came with my son for a mani/pedi. Lily did what should've been a mani with sns. I've never had such a reckless experience. She didn't apply the correct color, she applied what she wanted. She didn't do a proper manicure before applying the sns. She didn't even trim my cuticles!!! I had to correct her several times during the process. I'm sure this set will be coming off well before 2 weeks of not before! The price was well above what I normally pay at Nail Fervour and the subpar rushed services was ridiculous; ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE WASN'T ANYONE WAITING!!!
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY FAVORITE NEMESIS!!! Save your time and money and go where you'll be serviced correctly and respectfully.
Beautiful place however, I asked for a regular manicure and the technician said it wasn't going to last long; I knew that. They were about to close and I needed something just to last one week. They put cold (not warm) water in a bowl for my cuticles to soak. After massaging the lotion on my hands, the woman didn't even take the acetone remover to clean my nails off which would allow the polish to stick better. So the quick dry polish was ruined when I went to pull out my credit card to pay. This was my first time visiting and was looking for a permanent spot since I'm new to Georgia and this place was not a great experience for me. I am in the beauty industry and whether my clients get a basic or a service that's a few hundred dollars, I treat them all the same.
I would not recommend taking your business to this salon. I requested to sit next to my friend for my gel French manicure and my request was refused. I requested a line above my white tip and was told the design would cost $20. I requested double coat and was told that’s not possible and if I still insisted it would be $20.
This place has horrifying service. Both me and my friend left extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
We get manis and pedis every few weeks and are confident that this place lacks all the qualities of a good salon.
Tips for staff: don’t lie about prices to make more. Instead maybe be kinder and provide better service for keeping potential regular customers and tips.
Highly disappointed. Will not return. Happily taking our regular business to a salon that deserves it.

This was my first time going and it will not be my last!!! I went in for a full set with a specific design in mind not knowing who to request but Vicky greeted me as soon as I walked in and she was also my tech. I showed her what I wanted and when I tell you she outdid the picture!!! I was so impressed before the topcoat was applied. Ladies, you will not be disappointed!!!
First time visit and I'm not impressed. They are incredibly overpriced and not at all worth it. Finger nail job turned out streaky, messy and the tech made my cuticle bleed. She also nicked her own hand and did not stop to go wash her hands. During the pedicure, my skin became *visibly* irritated from the exfoliation and the tech kept going and adding pressure until I pulled my leg back told her it was actually painful. I've gotten better mani/pedis for way less money.
I had the most horrific experience this past Saturday. I actually had gone there 2 times before and had a lovely technician. The one I had this last Saturday was just plain awful, mean, and rude.
Today is only Monday and my nail polish has chipped. This should not happen with a GEL manicure. She did NOT do my pedicure well. My hands and feet look like a 3 year old did them.
When I asked about her redoing something that was not done, she had an attitude. The two ladies sitting next to me started their pedicures before me and I was finished my hands AND feet before they were finished their feet.
I will NEVER go back there and I will NEVER recommend them again.
