I absolutely love this salon. Everyone who is there is incredibly talented and I’ve never left unsatisfied. Sometimes my appointment lasts longer than expected but that can happen at any salon. My Halloween nails turned out AMAZING! They look better than my photos… Hazel is the best for designs and always matches what I show her.
First take a good look at the photos. Mani done by Amy. Must be her first day at work since I ve never seen a more awful manicure in my whole life!! Second, they add and add extra $5 for this, and for that, and also this fee and that fee. So it’s NEVER the same price for manicure that is been agreed upon. Usually 10-20$ up from the start.
Customer service is ???????? as well. Not coming back. So many other nail salons around. Insane to find people are still going there
This place is pretty good, my nails come out good. They never complain if I ask them to fix something.
I will just say though my dip never last how long it should and they do overcharge. I’ve been charged $20 for half a flower and then recently $20 for TWO letters that took her no time to do.
If you just do simple nails it’s a good place
Ceci nail lounge is fabulous. I always make an appointment and get seen quickly. Lily is my go to nail tech, but everyone’s work is great. Lily always makes sure the shape and size are perfect for me. She also does a wonderful job at designs. 10/10 would definitely go back every time for her.
I have been going to CeCe nail lounge for a few years,everyone is so happy and friendly. Everyone pulls together as a team to create the color and design I am always looking for. I highly recommend this salon.Although my nail tech Jason, is leaving us and will be missed by so many of us! I will still be returning to CeCe lounge regularly! PLEASE READ: I don't usually do this but i am enraged. This nail salon will charge you for every single thing you can think of. They will charge you to REMOVE your current nail polish/gelbuilder/dip/etc even tho you are there to get that exact service done? I was charged to remove my gel polish when i went to get a gel manicure... how do you charge me for something you HAVE to remove anyway? They charge for nail length, SHAPING, and design, but beware that up charge is over 40$ worth. Absolute worst experience. They are not upfront with their pricing and wait til you are done to hit you with a large bill. This place is a mess.
I always loved Ceci nail lounge, but I’m giving it this time a 2 star. I had made an appointment about two weeks ago to get my nails done for my wedding, but I didn’t know that in order to get a design on my nails I had to make an appointment for nail design and not an appointment for dip nails how I always do. They made no exception for me, not even because it was my wedding nails. I had to get just one color and that’s it, they didn’t want to make any designs on my nails they didn’t care it was for my wedding.
The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The owner keeps asking the nail techs to overcharge the customers and she goes to each customer’s table not to check if they are happy with the service but to check the receipts if they charged them high enough and I have also noticed that they do not sanitize their tools for manicures . Can you only imagine the amount of Diseases you can catch by using insanitary tools and not to mention that you make an appointment and you wait for at least one hour to get any service.
