We only ordered for portions of chips but they were the best that I can remember eating!
Inside the cafe was spotless, the smell of food cooking was divine.
Our chips were prepared fresh and not just left sat in oil.
Service was so polite and kind too.
Highly recommended!
Had breakfast here on Sunday. Lovely staff, and lovely veggie/ vegan breakfasts. Clean and tidy and a novel cafe experience to eat in a converted railway carriage. Would return. ????
Nice idea, a cafe in a railway carriage, close to the promenade and pier. Sign says open all year.
Basic menu & food. I have no complaints about my lunch.
The food was served quickly and the staff were nice.
The prices were the top end of what I would expect to pay for my lunch.

Lovely setting in old railway carriage next to beach. Quiet. I only had cuppa and carrot cake so hard to assess. Cake average .
Traditional cafe inside a train carriage cafe ice cream kiosk and gift shop..and best of all Dogs welcome in designated area.
On our holidays with our 3 tiny dogs and we called in the carriage cafe for fish and chips.
It was lovely.
Very clean, very friendly and the food was delicious.
Love the fact we had a dog friendly table away in a quiet part of the cafe.

Burgers are quite nice! Very kind staff too.
Clean and nice concept! Food was standard cafe food as to be expected. However we weren't made to feel welcome, we felt like a bit of an inconvenience for them which was bit of a shame.
