STAY AWAY!!! I don’t know where to start or what to say except stay away. I asked for an ombré nail and JHON said he could do it. As he was working on my nails I told him it’s looking crooked and more like an ugly French; he said it’s like this at first. But it never got better! They charged me the full price, they were so disrespectful and very unprofessional. They wouldn’t refund me my money and told me to go find a better nail salon. I am so disappointed!!!! I will be attaching a picture!
They made us feel right at home with the special service we received. Very sweet and very professional and kept us laughing. We will continue to go here. Thank you all.
I went in Saturday morning for ONLY a polish change on my natural nails with design and a few hours after I left, my nails were chipping. When I returned and the gentleman began removing the rest of the damaged polish, I noticed more nail polish lifting, but the tech said there was nothing he could do unless I agreed to get acrylic. I explained I was letting my nail bed rest, but he still refused to correct the damage. I totally did not expect the outcome I received, but you live and you learn!! Needless to say say, I will not be returning and wish to warn others as well! Here is how I left this shop, as the gentleman refused to correct HIS imperfections, yet still charged me.....TWICE. Once on the initial visit AND he charged me to fix what was not properly done to begin with!
I literally asked her not file down the side of my nails, she then proceeds to cut them off! I would have rather you had filed them down. Than to cut them off. Smh ????♀️ And honestly I would have liked if she did neither filing or clipping of the side of my nails. I never get what I ask for. Now my natural nails are crooked again and I have to grow them out. Midnight blue is a great color tho
I was a frequent customer at another Salon for years. I had to find a new salon because my old one began to be rude and uninviting.. this salon took me late in the evening after they had already closed. It was me and my sisters bday also. So it really made our day. Everyone that worked there was so nice and did our nails exactly how we wanted them. We didn’t feel rushed and I actually enjoyed the service. I will definitely be coming back❤️
They only offer gel polish for pedicures. The guy who did my feet was not warm but rather sarcastic. He did not utilize the cuticle cream like he should have. The foot massage was minimal and more of an after thought. I typically leave a tip everywhere I go but I did not leave one. I will not be back.
Rose is a very good nail technician and she takes her time with you. Excellent ???? work! I love my facial
