Been coming here for years, I have tried a lot of the barbers in Cambridge and the service here is outstanding. Great price too with a discount if you return 5 times (make sure to get your card stamped!!).
The opening hours are brilliant and I have rarely had to wait long to get my hair cut because there are always a lot of staff on hand!
Disappointed with the cut I got…just not good enough when it comes to skin fades, twice I have had completely different cuts by different barbers! Scalped to the skin first time, this time an extremely low fade when I asked for mid-fade and far to much hair not been cut or shaped on top…usually you feel sharp and refreshed after a good haircut, instead I will have to go somewhere tomorrow to get it corrected…also no question of a product in it at the end which is also a nice touch or eyebrow trim?
Will be my last visit on my two experiences.
Arrived at 4pm and was seated straight away, I said that I wanted a medium skin fade and I got a high skin fade, asked for a trim on top, it was cut so short that I can't do anything with it and fringe has been cut like a bowl was used to cut round.
No product offered, no ear hair was burned.
Avoid the barber in the blue sweatshirt.
I was back in my car within 17 minutes, no care or customer service.
Won't be returning.
Place has gone down hill since it was sold.
Went the other day for a haircut and felt a fast one was pulled on me. Asked for a Clipper Cut which I got. Said on prices on board £14. When I went to pay was charged £17 which is the price of a dry cut which I didn't have.
The Service was very professional each time. Even when I didn’t use my usual Barber; whoever stepped in still done a professional job and up to the standards I was looking for.

Worst barber shop ever. Cut his hair terribly. We told him how we wanted it but he made up his own haircut and charged £15 for one the worst haircuts. Utterly disgraced and disappointed. Do not recommend coming here. Will never be coming back here again. Terrible, disgusting and worst customer service and haircutting skills. I wish this barber shop never existed. NEVER COME HERE!
