Horrible experience. The lady seemed very impatient and aggravated and jerked my hands around like a dog on a leash. I did not receive the nail design I asked for. Severe damage has been done to my natural nails, to the point where my fingers are in constant pain from the acrylics ripping them apart. Half of one of my nails was ripped off. They used the drill at the highest speed possible, and the floor was not clean. It was covered in dust and other client's nail clippings. My cuticules were covered in cuts and the filing was so aggressive that my fingers were in pain for days afterward. I'm worried about MMA use on client's nails.
I went for a pedicure and a full set with design. After waiting forever, they told me they wouldn't do the design I wanted, which was a simple sweater-looking design on one nail each hand. I told them just on my nails, not my feet, and they still said no, they could only do regular color, so I put my shoes back on and left. They were also very rude about it. I asked if anyone else in the shop could they said no also.
Absolutely unprofessional they pick and choose who nails they want to do! I went in there today and asked Jason how long was the wait and he ignored me so I waited and waited and then I asked the other lady and she said she had an appointment. My sister was there getting her nails done and when she was leaving she asked Jason I thought you and her had an appointment why did y’all lie? No one said anything but begin to talk in their language! DO NOT GO HERE!!
Showed the nail lady were my mom had lumps in her nails, her nails were not filed correctly,paint on the out side of her fingers we tried to nicely ask her to fix the nails but she said she was finished. Really rude she rushed through those nails. We will wait until inals are open next time
I love my nails, I went last Sunday and I didn't sit there for no more than 5 min and they didn't take lone doing my fill-in or gel paint and they were nice and price was not crazy will be back soon i drove 30 mins away from home to this place.
Horrible. Will never ever come back! Very unsanitary they don’t clean used products. i went in around 12:30 for a medi and pedi and didn’t leave til 4:30 with only a medi done because they took so long. And not to mention the man “jason” had to redo my nails because he could not do what i asked for. both sets that i had done looked like a two year old came and messed them up. I LEFT CRYING!!!
Tang got me RIGHT. She was super nice and was joking and talking with me the whole time. Didn’t over charge and did an amazing job I LOOOVVEEE my nails. I’m making this my regular spot! They’re color changing gel
I showed the lady the picture and she said she can do it but you couldn’t she had to get somebody else to do the design for her my nails are really thick….
