Went to get my toenails done and the lady kept accidentally filing my skin and hurting the skin around my toes. She didn’t ask me how I wanted my toenails shaped even though they were already pre shaped as square and she cut all the toenail off that took me forever to grow out without permission and rounded my toes and they look terrible. The most basic A$$ pedicure took about an hour and looks like a$$
I went there today to get my nails done and I did not like them. They were sloppy, I have glue n paint all over my nails, the shaping is bad, polish is lumpy, and the person doing them rushed the whole time. Also I don’t think everyone has their nail license or even went to school for nails.
VERY dirty. Extremely unprofessional and rude. The woman who usually does pedicures yelled at a disabled child when the child messed up her nails and it was so horrific to watch, that a customer literally got up and left. Don’t come here unless you want to pay 80$ for bleeding damaged nail beds. They don’t sanitize their tools and they talk down to you if god forbid you ask them to do a design. 0 stars if I could. THE GHETTO.
The young women who did our services was very sweet. The other employee was rude to her The entire time and fought with male friend on video chat, loudly, the entire time. Was never once kind or showed any real ability to be in a customer service job
Got my eyebrows waxed here. The lady burnt me 3 to 4 times and had the nerve to tell me that wax was hot. I thought she was learning but she was like I have been doing this for a few years. Gave me attitude the whole time after. On top of it she was on her phone the whole time with her AirPod..
It has only been 6 days and my gel is coming off already. Not sure I should call and get money back or just go on about my day. Went back as last time I went had a great experiment but not this time
there is pieces of dirt in my nail. i was there for 2 1/2 hours, and i paid $52 and my friends even said they weren’t gonna go there again
I had a very bad experience at calli nails and will not go back ever again .The guy that was doing my nails was not paying attention to what he was doing, he was paying attention to everything else but my nails, the polish was uneven and lumpy and crusty feeling, the nail polish was on my fingers causing my fingers to get stuck to my nails, he was very messy with everything getting polish all over my hands, and he ground them down to like paper thin.
