Went here for the first time today and was super happy with how my nails came out! The tech([K]elly? I couldn't hear her over other folks talking) was sweet and very receptive to my idea. They came out better than I expected! If you have an idea for nail art definitely let them know and they will try it(if its not super crazy)! I'll definitely be back in the near future. For reference, I got tips with acrylic and then gel polish on top. The full set was $75. Do note that I didn't get any special treatments or complimentary hand massage, if that's what you are accustomed to.
Im very happy with my nails the lady who did mine saw a few mistakes but instantly fixed them she was careful with my cuticles because there are open sores. My mom got a pedicure and the guy who did hers took his time and did very well

i got a mani pedi done here and the pedicure was alright. but the freaking manicure? i hated the shape of my nails. i loved the colour but HATED the shape. i kept SHOWING and telling her what i specifically wanted and for some reason she didn't understand? i payed 90 in total only for me to hate my experience? never coming here again.
When I walked in they yelled across the room asking what do you want! This was definitely not welcoming. Although once I sat in chair, the woman who did my pedicure was so pleasant and kind. After completing pedicure, I showed a picture of the design I wanted for my nails prior to getting started and was ensured this design was achievable. The employee named Elle who did my nails was extremely rude and very frustrated while doing my nails. She was very aggressive when handling my hands and complained the entire process. She stopped and walked away several times. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Especially considering I am new to the area and this was a horrible experience. In the future, I would advise employees to be honest when showed certain designs. If this was the case I would have understood and went somewhere else after my pedicure was finished. I spent over $100 in this establishment and I’m sure another company would love to have my business. With that being said I will NOT be returning.
Came in and got my nails done over the weekend and thought it was the same
Person who always does them which is Tina but the lady had a mask on and I couldn’t tell until she told me Tina was on vacation, but my nails came out so ugly and I had to pay $46. Not to mention they are uneven and I had so many spots bleed because she nicked me with the drill. I’m so unhappy and I don’t ever want to do business here again.
I was in yesterday, my toe nails ended up
not being the same color I picked. I finally mentioned it and was embarrassed about the whole thing. My finger nails are also not the color I ask for. I wanted clear but I needed up with white nails. I’m in attending a wedding this weekend so I sure didn’t want white. (I’m not the bride) but since I was already so embarrassed I just left.
They were super busy but for over $100 I would think my service would have been better.
I pondered on this overnight and decided I would call today about it.
I did call but, I was told the manager wasn’t in on Monday or Tuesday and that she couldn’t help me. I ask who handled issues when she was out, she said she didn’t know and hung up on me.
It was such an amazing experience & Kelly did such an amazing job on my nails!????
So I'll just say I never have good experiences at a nail salon so it's been a while since I've been to one but me and my mom got our nails done and hers are amazing idk how I feel about mine...I'm obsessed that they glow in the dark but still when she was cutting my cuticles she pulls my skin off pretty bad I started bleeding she had to glue it shut lol also my cuticles just look bad in general during the day I was hoping to get it fixed but if you look closely it's kind of a mess
