Best PlaceJuice Reviews

We called in to this place yesterday in the hope of getting lunch. The place was empty....never a good sign! We requested two Gluten free toasties, one with a request to change the onion for cucumber. The man serving was so rude at this minor request. Stating no changes were allowed, in case they got busy!!!
Despite explaining re digestive problems with onions, he rudely refused. We left and found a lovely warm welcoming, albeit busy cafe at a local antique place.
Avoid this shabby rude place at all costs and please send staff on customer relations training ASAP
I thought the vegan options were lovely here. The vegetable tart was fantastic. So nice to have several options. Would be nice to add a vegan sausage roll for children if there's not already. (Didn't actually see one but there may be). Lovely vegan cakes. Pretty courtyard with umbrellas. Just one star lost for no toilet! Thank you though. We enjoyed our lunch break today!
Took the family today, and still a very limited takeaway only menu available. Hot sausage roll was not nice at all. I wasn't allowed to take my son to the toilet as it was closed, which seems odd as it's a single cubicle so surely social distancing isn't a problem. Maybe cleaning it is too much effort? Had to walk my son to the public toilets instead, and when I returned they hadn't even bothered taking the rest of the food order that was not ready out to my family, it was just left on the counter to go cold. Shame for such a pretty setting.
Nice cafe hidden away from the toad with a lovely sun trap courtyard. Popular with passing cyclists. VERY strict COVID controls in place (As it should be!) so bring a mask otherwise you will be refused entry.
Food and drink is of a good standard but I will say I think it is very expensive. All in all though a pleasant place worth a visit if you are out for a ride.
Great coffee and tea with friendly service!
Lemon drizzle cake was fab!
Stopped of in the village on the way through. Found the cafe up a small alley close to the market square (triangle!). Inside is small but there are a couple of outdoor spaces should be nice in good weather; the weather was not good on the day we visited. The staff were helpful and efficiently served us, mind we were the only two customers. Inside is quite ordenary but clean and tidy. Our cafe lates were good and a slice of coconut and lime cheese cake was really delicious. Prices were reasonable. I'd happily return.
Everything about this hole is mediocre at best. The indoor seating is blocked off. Very limited non-dairy options. Bosworth itself is pretentious above all, and without cause, and the best thing about this shop is that it is anything but pretentious. Only visit if you've had the misfortune of your plane crashing in Bosworth.
There's a few cafes in the area and this one is at the lower end and not near the quality of Jasper's. Today I queued for 30 minutes for a coffee and sausage roll when there were only 2 customers ahead of me. The staff were very pedestrian in relation to service - I dont think they are helped by their layout with coffee cups being away from the machine and such like but there didn't seem any acknowledgement that there was a substantial delay for customers and others besides myself in the queue were discussing it. Sausage roll was terrible and flaccid - I don't know how they make a sausage roll taste bad and the coffee was watery.
They were also applying hand sanitiser to their disposable gloves. I dont know the legitimacy of that in terms of hygiene, but it just grosses me out. Maybe thats just me.

Quick Facts About Cafe Torte

Cafe Torte has received a range of feedback from its customers, both positive and negative. In order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the cafe, we will analyze the comments provided.
One notable weakness that several customers have mentioned is the poor customer service at Cafe Torte. One customer recalls a negative experience with a rude server who refused to accommodate a simple request to change an ingredient in the dish. Another customer mentions the lack of attention from the staff, as their food order was left on the counter to go cold. Additionally, a customer criticizes the staff for not allowing their child to use the closed restroom, which they found to be an inconvenience. These instances of poor customer service reflect a lack of professionalism and attentiveness from the staff members.
On the other hand, some customers appreciate the vegan options at Cafe Torte. One customer commends the vegetable tart and the availability of vegan cakes. The range of vegan options shows that Cafe Torte is catering to different dietary preferences and accommodating those with specific dietary restrictions. However, one customer suggests adding a vegan sausage roll for children, indicating that there might be room for improvement in terms of expanding their vegan menu items.
The cafe's sun trap courtyard is praised by a customer, highlighting a positive aspect of the ambiance. The courtyard provides a pleasant environment for customers to enjoy their meals and adds to the overall appeal of the cafe. However, it is important to note that another customer expressed disappointment over the lack of a restroom, deducting one star from their overall rating. This absence could be a significant inconvenience for many customers, especially those with young children or who require restroom facilities during their visit.
Some customers mention the quality of the food and drink at Cafe Torte. One customer specifically mentions the great coffee and tea, while another compliments the lemon drizzle cake. These positive comments highlight the strong points of the cafe's food offerings. However, one customer describes the hot sausage roll as "not nice at all," indicating that there might be inconsistencies in the quality of the food. Another customer finds the cafe's prices to be high, suggesting that the value for money might not be optimal.
Several customers comment on the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe. One individual praises the cleanliness of the cafe, while another describes it as "clean and tidy." This suggests that the cafe maintains a high level of hygiene, which is particularly important in the current COVID-19 context. However, one customer expresses concerns about the staff using hand sanitizers on disposable gloves, finding it off-putting and potentially unhygienic. This comment highlights a potential inconsistency or misunderstanding in the cafe's hygiene practices, which may need to be clarified or addressed.
In terms of location, one customer appreciates the cafe being hidden away from the main road and mentions its popularity among passing cyclists. This indicates that Cafe Torte attracts customers who are specifically seeking out a quiet and less crowded location. However, one customer criticizes Bosworth itself as being pretentious, which could potentially impact the cafe's reputation among certain clientele.
In conclusion, Cafe Torte has some strengths, such as offering vegan options, having a pleasant sun trap courtyard, and serving quality coffee and tea. However, it also has several weaknesses, including poor customer service, limited non-dairy options, potential inconsistencies in food quality, a lack of restrooms, and concerns about hygiene practices. Addressing these weaknesses and improving areas of customer service and menu offerings could enhance the overall experience at Cafe Torte and attract a wider customer base.
