The hair stylist Angie damaged my hair to the core!!! ???????? I’ve never had my hair bleached with all these chemicals in my hair before ever!!! to where it’s breaking into pieces after brushing and I don’t even know how many different colors it has, not to mention it again, one word, damaged!!! She kept me for 5 hours working on my hair foils and all that to do nothing but damage my hair!! and waste my time leaving my elderly mother with someone else to watch her! I asked to be refunded back the $190 and Kim (salon manager?) refused was rude and gave me attitude!! First she said she’ll fix it for me then as soon as her client walked in for her appointment she told me she can’t!! Pathetic! They didn’t care that they damaged my hair to fix it right away! Because that’s what you do if your a professional company! Even my fiancé called and told them it is damaged he’s seen it! It was our anniversary weekend and I had the worse hair ever! Couldn’t take pictures! Ruined that for me too! Refused to fix it when I wanted it fixed then and there that same day or refund me at least so I can fix it someplace else obviously! That didn’t happen. Then by the time they agreed to fix it after my fiancé had to call Kim I didn’t want to anymore after that kind of mistreatment! I already had gone to the court to file a small civil claim against them and sue!!! Will add photos of my hair but little can you tell maybe of the damages in an actual photo rather than in person! But the ugliness of the hair color you’ll get to see! Nowhere near what I’ve wanted bayalage with fill in roots light ash brown!!! Don’t waste your money in this dumb!!! Hair cuts it’s all they can do but not hair colors!!
Jeany does my root touch up every month and she’s so good. She writes down the color so next time I come in, she makes the color lighter until she achieved the color I want. I don’t want to bleach my hair that’s why she’s tracking the color she’s using on my hair. She does a great job in cutting and styling my hair. Very friendly. I’m beyond blessed to have her as my hairdresser.
Be very careful about who you get your hair cut by. One of those salon ladies does not listen to what you want, she will always cut it much shorter than what you want. Both my male Fiance and my Mother have been dissatisfied when it was that lady cutting their hair.
You are paid to cut to what the customer wants, not what you think looks good on them. If you don't ask before you start cutting, you're making mistakes already. The only reason I put more stars is because there are other Salon ladies who are worth the money.
To Angie and Staff… Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I felt that you really went above and beyond to give me that fabulous look before my flight. I am really happy that my mom brought me here. She’s very lucky to have found a go to place with awesome professional hair stylist. I can’t thank you ladies enough. I fully recommend this place without a doubt. God blessed ????
Make sure to get pricing before service. My hair is gorgeous but cost $30 more than I have ever paid....and I didn't get a hair cut. I do have hair that is very layered and goes just past my bra strap.

I love this salon! I visited them the first time more than a decade ago and it was the best decision ever! All of them are extraordinary people and pros. They are amazing with any type of hair and styles.
