Literally the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The nail tech was rude and painted on my skin and glopped on the polish extremely thick. The polish was laid on so gloopy that my nails burned under the gel lamp. After they cured he filed the sloppily done polish off of my skin and gave me a look when I yelped in pain. I left the salon with nails that look like I did them at home and they are rough around the edges so I know that the gel will peel up in a week. The pedicure was okay but my toenails are all different shapes and one of my big toenails is completely lopsided. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I wasted 90 dollars on something I could have done myself (maybe even better). I do not know how the nail tech who did my nails has a license because I know for a fact that my services were not done correctly.
For the most part I’ve never had a problem with this place. Everyone is super nice there, especially twee. Today I went in to get gel acrylics with a design in mind shown below. I had told the nail artist of the design was too complicated or that he couldn’t do it I have another more simple design in mind he assured me throughout he would be able to do it and it would look great. As the service went on the acrylic part was very good. He was tedious with the powered and shaping which I loved. The problem came in when he was trying to fix mistake after mistake and kept huffing and puffing . I asistes him we could do another design but he declined . After he had finished he quickly said thank you and that I could go pay and had kind of ran off. I told the the lady Olivia at checkout that this was not okay and she gladly accommodated . I still tipped for the service but this was ridiculous. I now have to pay more money for them to be fixed . Very unhappy this time around :/
I will never go anywhere but C nails! They are Amazing!! Clean, professional, kind and they do the best work!!
Very nice people but i've never had a worse manicure. I left with every nail looking busted and that was AFTER asking them to fix them. Not to mention my cuticles are all cut up and raw now, there was no oil to moisturize them.
Very happy with my beautiful set by Andy at C Nails Spa. I would definitely recommend C Nails for acrylic or gel nails if you are in Stow/Kent or even Akron, it’s worth the drive.
I get a pedi monthly and this place has gotten so lazy. I didn’t even get a leg massage and for $35 I should get a nice one. He put hot lotion on my leg for 10 seconds and then took warm towels and took the lotion off instead of rubbing it in. I won’t ever come back. I been coming here for 6 years so prices have gone up $10 over the years but this was my last time. Worse place in stow.
