If i could give 0 starts I’d do it. Extremely disappointed. This was my first time here and expected to get dip powder ( as i always do ) normally with dip it’s a strong on the nail leaving an acrylic like felling. I could literally bend my nail as if i had no polish on it. The girl thinned out my nails there is powder all over my skin she cut me 3 times and my nails are all different lengths and shape. This is crazy i called for a refund and they wouldn’t give me one. I was told that she didn’t know how to do dip…. Yet allowed her to do my nails. I’m extremely upset and i will never be going back
I got my nails done for the first time here today. My daughter always comes here and recommend I try it. My daughters nails always look so beautiful. Lan did my nails and she did a great job! I love how she really took her time to make them look so natural. I will be coming back!
We had my daughters bridal party go here for the girls to get their nails done. They had everyone done in a decent amount of time and all the employees were so kind !! I would highly recommend going here. I've been going to this place on and off for years !
I have been here a few times and most experiences were okay at best but today was just too much. I asked for an acrylic FULL SET as they have done many times before. somehow they thought I wanted a manicure, so they begin cleaning up the nails. When it’s time for color I said no I need the full-set. The lady dropped my hand like I have just offended her and storms off to get ANOTHER person to help me. The next lady comes and completes the full-set, but as soon as I said something about adjusting one nail she again gets a 3rd person to help me. I am not usually one to complain, I’ve had my nails done so many times with no issues, I really don’t say much about my nails ever but the ladies here acted like I was so over the top annoying that I just don’t understand why they would treat any customer so harshly. The final straw was when at the end they tried to charge me $135. I asked why so much this time and she says they’re charging me for the manicure that no one asked for. Really just wanted an average experience per usual but they just INSISTED on making it awful. People are dealing with enough these days, ridiculed at the corner nail salon because of their own error is mind boggling and stressful. 0/10. No stars. Go to T&Q nails at 14 Mile and Campbell and save yourself the headache. They’re all nice and welcoming there.
I went here today for a pedicure and gel manicure. The service was great. I had a different technician for my hands and feet and both were very friendly and made conversation with me. I had to fix one nail that was sticking to the side of my skin. I didn't notice before I left or I would have asked them to do it. After inspection when I came home I noticed a couple nails that they didn't polish all the way to the side of the nail bed and I see one spot where my previous nail color is still there. I know a lot of comments were saying it's expensive here. I didn't think so. It was $65 for a pedicure and gel manicure. I don't think they have their prices posted or I didn't see them but that is pretty standard. I've been trying out new places lately and I've paid $60 at numerous places for the same services. I think I overheard another customer saying that they charge for gel take off which could explain the $5 difference from other places. Overall I'm happy and they didn't hurt me at all. My nails look great and I'd return if I was in the area again. The only way I'd give them less stars is if the gel polish didn't last two weeks and if that happens I'll update my review.
Save your money ! My manicure chipped after 4 days and this is shellac !! I called in to inform management and instead I was mocked by a male employee who offered nothing to rectify the issue .. save your money and go somewhere that they can actually do a good job.
Elane is literally amazing!! She did my nails beautifully, I wish I took pictures!! She’s a perfectionist and I highly recommend her :)
I have been coming to see and nails for five years. I used to live close now I live 15 miles away. I still come back. Hannah and Dan are kind and very professional. I have never had a bad nail tech yet. Great manicures and pedicures.

Another customer recounted receiving unsatisfactory acrylic nails and feeling mistreated by the staff.

4. Quality of manicure: One customer mentioned that their shellac manicure chipped after only four days, indicating that the salon may not ensure the longevity of its nail services. Another customer mentioned noticing missed spots and leftover nail color after their manicure.
5. Negative interaction with staff: In one instance, a customer called to inform management about their chipped manicure and was met with mockery from a male employee. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and can create a negative experience for customers.
In conclusion, CN Nails Place receives both positive and negative feedback from customers. While some customers appreciate the good customer service, skillful technicians, and efficient service, others have had inconsistent experiences, encountered communication issues, and experienced unsatisfactory results. The salon could benefit from addressing these weaknesses to ensure a more consistent and satisfactory experience for all customers.
