Just started going here and it's good so far ???? she didn't know how to do the weed leaf but took her time copying the online image!
High reviews. Regular salon was closed. Gave it a try…????????????
She barely soaked my nails and then used a dremel to get my polish off. She kept going and it started getting really hot and I asked to stop.
When that wasn’t working she started trying to scrape it off aggressively.
Then started filing it off… whilst filing my skin off.
Then started dremeling my cuticals… and then used the cutical tool and cut me open twice.
Then back to the dremel. I asked to stop my fingers were sore.
Then filing my nails down. I asked for them to be shorter. She cut down my one hand, did not cut the other just filed those and they were twice as long and she tried to tell me they were the same.
Then she finally cut them down. Filed them again.
Started painting without letting me wash my hands. I could see the debris on my nails from filing. Put base coat on didn’t let it dry all the way. Started painting and it wasn’t the color I picked.
Then I said 2 coats and 1 coat on ring finger. She did 3 coats and then 2 coats on ring finger.
Didn’t let them dry then started final coat.
They are so short, feels like I have 10 coats of polish on, jagged underneath.
Then she starts the hand massage. She goes up my arm gets it all over my shirt after I pulled up the sleeves.
Then starts pulling my fingers out of the sockets. Yanking me towards her and pushing down on my wrists.
Then… she said “you pay and tip at the front counter” and got up and walked away.
I will never go back to this place… just wow.
I've been very loyal to this salon since it was opened over a decade ago! They do very intricate designs that not a lot of other salons in the area do. I highly recommend!
Always a great experience! We got pedicures on our last visit, and they made my feet look and feel awesome!
Me and my friend went and they were amazing! Absolutely amazing service! The people were amazing and our nails ended up looking amazing!
They did not go well for me whenever I tried to do anything they would break off by my cuticle and my nails are uneven and not all the way down to the cuticle
Horrible! My nails were all uneven. Two other technicians had to step in to make them uniform. Fingernail polish did not cover the entire nails on some of my fingers and started to chip off the next day. Toenail polish was glopped on and one nail lost the entire covering within a week. It was close to closing time, and I think she just wanted to go home. Will never go back again. Sorry that I left a tip.
They did a fantastic job!! Took their time! Really made sure they did their best. And it turned out so amazing. I’ve never been happier! The left side is my nails. The middle picture is the picture I based it’s off of. And the last picture is me and my moms nails right after we got them done!!! WE LOVE
