They don’t follow their list at all, she makes up her prices as she go. I went here the other week got my nail fixed for $5 just went today and had got 2 nails fixed and was charged $15 same length as last time. I had to take my own nails off at that.
Honestly not worth it. It's the closest to my house but the quality was not well. We got there and it took an hour and a half and there was not that many people. Not to mention, they took people before me who had just come in and all I wanted was gel polish and a design. The entire place is unsanitary and gross and they never clean anything from what I saw. They had three people so I understand that they were having trouble with the work load but that's gotta go against some sort of rule where you're not cleaning the stuff you use on people feet. I guess the price is alright but the quality is something that I could hire a friend to do.
I always go here but today is my last day highly disappointed. Waisted 43.00 dollars no polish on nails John was in extremely bad mood. A thin layer acrylic was added nails are coming off. I was treated and talked to disrespectfully. I was told I couldn’t use hand soap to was my hands. Just use water please customers come first I didn’t deserve this kind of treatment at all.
I lived near this nail salon 2 years ago and have moved. I was in the area and thought I’d re-visit. I knew wait times could be lengthy but had all day. I went in@12:30 was advised to go do things my phone number was taken and I was told they’d contact me when my name came; I was number 6.
I left, came back 45 minutes later was told laughingly that I was next and watched as customer after customer came in and were waited on as I sat and waited interminably watching everyone but me getting the services they needed.
At 4:00 after being there for 3 and a half hours I decided to call and ask about the wait time for getting a pedicure. The person who answered said they were no longer taking customers. I was in front of the nail salon watching as people who came in hours after I arrived getting their nails, eyebrows, etc., done and this arrogant man tells me after waiting almost 4 hours they’re no longer taking customers! After waiting
4 and a half hours. I went off told him there are plenty of nail salons who actually value their customers and don’t interpret their customers time as theirs to waste. I thought back to how this guy gaily referred to his list of names and numbers all while chuckling like it was a game because to him it IS a game.
Horrible! Don’t go here this place devalues customers, doesn’t take appointments nor do they adhere to any formal or informal list. To them your time is theirs to waste.
My mom, sisters and I have all been going for almost 10 years. They know us by face and treat us just like family. Sometimes the wait is long but it's worth it. They are amazing. I always use Anna. But her daughter Teresa does amazing designs and her husband Jon is absolutely hilarious. I will always recommend them. ????????????????
Racists and would not serve me. Told me it was a 3 hour wait for a gel manicure look at the photos. Looks dirty and unprofessional with the cheese grater on someone’s feet. BEWARE !!!
Great place to get a pedicure. Need my toenails done every couple of months. They are thick and grow weirdly. The two ladies are very good at their craft.
Went in, waited 45 minutes. Ok cool. Finally got called over to the owners station… was getting a full set he puts the tips on. A girl just walks in and asks for her nails to be added to” from a service she had yesterday… he said “sure” stops doing my nails to take care of her… ummm I just waited 45 minutes. She can wait JUST like I did…. Talk about POOR customer service. This was my first and last time there. My time is just as valuable as yours sir, and I’m a paying customer? Some advice is don’t stop a customers services after they already been waiting for your attention for someone who JUST walked in. Getting service should be a personal experience. That’s how you keep people coming back.
