It by my house in and out clean and professional with pride in there work.
Horrible customer service I will never go to this place of business again the lady that runs the business is very rude I tried to ask her a question and she said I was stressing her out and refused to do my nails after sitting for 30 min I guess she doesn't like to be questioned or just racist
I love butterfly nails especially Kelly she is the sweetest woman I have ever encountered especially since I had my son with me and he's a baby and she was just so calm didn't get frustrated that he was a little fussy she even gave me time to take care of him which I appreciate so much I will definitely recommend her to anyone who would like to come to butterfly nails and spa the staff is really great they're the sweetest people so if you're looking you know to get your nails done and have great conversation with other ladies or gentleman come to butterfly nails and spa they'll take care of you
This place is absolute garbage. Do not go here. Whatever product they use for nails is extremely cheap. If you ask them to fix it they give you attitude and refuse to fix it. They will not refund you so I had to go through my bank for that. Extremely poor quality and ultimately do not do what you ask/pay for.
Discriminated towards race and age and made us pay before service unlike their other customers and had us waiting there for 30 minutes after saying it would only be a 10 minute wait causing me to waste time when I needed to be somewhere, And they continued to take other people first in their service before me and my friend.
I came in from work and it was close to closing time. The vibe is great.
Please do not go to this establishment if you want professionalism. They will rush your nails then get mad and have an attitude with you when you tell them to fix something. You will also have to fix your nails to your liking once you return home. I do not recommend this place.
