Went to get a fill and new color for valentines day. I picked out a deep red and valentines day and asked if she can make it matt and she said yes. First off she was on the phone the whole time so I couldn't say much to her regarding how I wanted my nails. She went and got a different color than I wanted and put it on. It was brown not the deep red I wanted. Then as she is using a file on my nails she is being extremely rough and made 4 of my nails bleed. Here I am 6 hours later and my nails still hurt. she filed them way too narrow and not to mention about all of them are crooked! It was the worst nail experience I've had
Honestly, the lady rushed through the entire thing!! It feels like the nails are gonna pop off… some of the nails are faced upwards… I just feel like she didn’t take her time like most places do… definitely wasn’t worth $55
Cuzzo was so rough with my hands and she was disrespectful and they lopsided and they’re over priced
I was very happy with the look of both my manicure and pedicure, however from too much filling 3 of my fingers were cut/bleeding along my nail. Accidents happen but ouch!
I went in at 2:30 was out by 3 very gentle, said I had pretty skin friendly and sweet! What I asked for and what I got. Literally perfect!:))

Immediately nail stylist was NOT friendly & asked me where I had nails done prior, asking if it was another local salon.
I wear dip/powder. 1st, all of old polish not fully removed & she refused to do an ombre style glitter highlight over black polish
I went to get my nails done the other day but whenever I called the lady said they were about to close. I was going to make an app for the next day but she told me should wait for me. Emily did my nails and she did a wonderful job. She also stayed an hour later just to get them done.
Nails were crooked, the nails lifted off my natural nail beds, and she cut my skin and made it bleed. Never coming back :(
