My wife and myself were blown away how clean and classy our room was. Amazing hotel. You would never think for the price how great the rooms are. This is a must stay at hotel, and we would come back again and again

The filters in the units are very dirty I had cleaned the one in the room I was in or I would have been sneezing. The bathroom smelled like urine really bad too and the bedding looked really dirty as well.

The rooms are ok but the people that own/work the hotel are extremely rude and stalkerish. They literally stalked our room every day. We are females and it made us very uncomfortable by the way he stalked us.

The rooms are extremely clean, great price, and the owner and management are polite and easy to communicate with.

We had a double queen room and the room itself was huge. The owners take extremely well care of the property. This is definitely a diamond in the rough as most Budget Inns are low quality and dirty. This location was neither of those things. The only reason for the 4 stars is they allow smoking on the property but there were no ashtrays. The toilets do not have lids so it would be easy to accidentally drop something in there due to the style of counters in the bathroom. Also, the exhaust fan doesn't work well enough and after a shower, everything in the bathroom is wet. They have a locked office door that you have to get buzzed in so that immediately made it feel like we were in a bad area. Thankfully the owners are dedicated to keeping bugs out and keeping the property clean. I would absolutely stay here again if we were back in the area.

I tried to make a reservation and told him my pet stayed in my Van. He hung up on me. Very un classy.

I never write reviews but this place was excellent for the price. If you are looking for amenities (ex. free breakfast, etc.) this is not for you. But if you a looking for a nice clean room with comfortable beds in a recently renovated motel this can not be beat. Whomever did the reno did the best job I have ever seen. We stayed here while cleaning out my mother's house after her passing and I can't say enough good. I would have liked just a little bit more room in the bathroom for makeup, etc. but the reno used the available room in the bathroom that they had. Thick marble tops like you would expect in a high end hotel. Management was friendly and helpful. We had a small trailer behind our SUV and we had room to park it. Shutters on the windows - I thought that was great too, as drapes in hotels often are wore out or dirty. No noise either as it is off the main road.
