I spent a lot of money for gel nails. The cost of gel is expensive there and they did a terrible job. We got them done Friday and by Sunday they were lifting, where she buffed over the gel turned brown. By Wednesday I needed a new manicure! Spent a lot for them to be ruined. I don't have a physical job for them to them not last at all.
Not happy just spent over $250 for 2 peds and full sets now my new set has2 broken nails Helen was very nice she did powder with my glitter I purchased added in but she used little product so my nails are too thin. Very unhappy only 1 week since my nails were done Too much money to not be done right

Alayna SLAYS those nail designs....and her pedis....OMG!!!! THE BEST!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bonjour nails!!!! They're also AMAZING with kiddos for sure!!!!!
I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon at all. They tell you the wrong times when you are waiting, some of the staff is horribly rude. They talk on their cellphones while doing your nails and use their phone most of the time making you stay there much longer. The reason I am writing this though is because they are completely unsanitary. They reuse brushes and every single utensil on multiple clients. They use nail drill bits on multiple clients, sometimes they will cut my cuticles with the bits and make me bleed which is understandable but then they use the same bit without cleaning it. Just letting you all know.
Got a pedicure here and the woman was trying to get an ingrown toenail. It started bleeding and the woman cleaned it up but the next day it started getting swollen and red. Turns out I got an infection. Cost me 50$ at urgent care.
A little pricey BUT I highly recommend Alyssa! She's awesome! Very detail oriented. Forget about gel and start getting Dip!!! Life changing. ???????? My natural nails because I started getting Dip!
Got 2 balances done here. First was better than the set I originally got from another service, but still was bad enough for the nail tech to say “I don’t know how they could mess up your nails so bad.” And had to have my nails removed and a full set put on. I accidentally misplaced an item of mine there and didn’t realize it until 7:25 on Saturday. I called to see if it was there and if I could pick it up in 25-30 minutes. Got here in 25 minutes. No one’s here. I keep calling and no one answers. Tomorrow is Easter and I have to go to work on Monday morning so I don’t even know when I can come pick it up. Over all just poor customer service even if a technician is good at their craft.
Customer service was not great the receptionist kept walking away going to sit down never did get my questions answer i was interested in a French manicure she put the color chart on the counter and told me to pick out the color I want and went back and sat down I left out and went to California nails around the corner.????
