They did a great job. Very professional and worked hard to make sure the shape and design was absolutely perfect. These were for my wedding so I am glad they turned out so well!
I am so upset with the service I received. I went in to get an acrylic fill with gel polish 2 days before NYE and my gel has started to peel off on its own. I have not done anything out of the ordinary or touched any chemicals that could lead to this occurring, this has never happened to me ever. I pod extra to get the shiny “unicorn” polish because I was told the process was different and special than reg gel but all it was was black polish and some glitter on top???? I did really love how they came out but COME ON they charged all that money plus an extra 5 bucks just for my nails to peel not even a week later. Truly disappointed as this is the only place I have gone to since its first week open and have referred so many friends and family here. Open to recommendations for any other places near by where this isn’t an issue✨
Beautiful salon! After a small hiccup with the nail technician ( he cut my extensions too short for the shape i needed) the owner fixed it and it was great. Pedicure was my favorite by far. I had the grapefruit one and the sweet girl Helen did a fantastic job! It is higher in price but well worth the atmosphere.
I initially really liked this nail shop when they opened. After today I probably won’t be going back. I waited patiently until Peter could do my powder dip. Previous interactions with him have been great. They were busy and it was a Saturday. Peter started my service and already seemed rushed and flustered. He had to get up 4 times while doing my nails along with answering the phone. He kept telling me to relax my hands but they were relaxed and honestly it was his vibe/stress that was making him irritable. I tried to lighten the mood by saying oh you all don’t have a receptionist anymore? He replied oh she’s running late today. Peter gets up again (5th time because I’m counting by now) and this time when he sits down he takes my hands and positions it roughly to get my hand the way he wanted it. By now I decide it is time to speak up for myself. I tell him I feel this energy and frustration from him is causing a rushed and interrupted job on my nails and how I wasn’t happy he kept getting up. He reminded me his receptionist was running late. I said I understand but you are frustrated with my hand positions and I’m clearly not getting the level of customer service everyone else is today. He sighed and said so do you want me to do your nails or not? I walked out. I never yelled or even shouted and my tone was so low I surprised myself. I guess I decided why let myself act ugly when the problem isn’t me? I kept my dignity but I refuse to let a business disrespect me.
It’s clean, professional, comfortable, and feels like a nice way to treat myself a little. The spa pedicure is great, though I wish the included foot massage were stronger (every tech so far has used a light touch even when I ask for more pressure). I appreciate the drink station at reception for a soda, coffee, or hot tea. They also give a small discount for teachers!
First time here and I absolutely loved this salon. Very clean, modern and lots of colors to choose from. They have a menu book so you can choose from plenty of service options and they offer you a beverage when you sit down. I got a pedi from Tim and he did a great job and gives an awesome massage! They also give a punch card at check out so after 10 visits, you get $10 off. I will be back ????
When I moved in the area I was happy a nail shop was in walking distance and their work was great. However the last 3 times I set an appointment with someone I had to wait 30 minutes or more or just have my services provided by someone else. I know I’m not the only person that prefers to stick with one tech for my services. I find it very unprofessional that I make an appointment is still have to wait as if I was a walk in. Also, you have a system as to who will provide the next service but you don’t keep track of everyone’s appointments in order to keep them from taking a walk in when they have an appointment in the next 15 or 20 minutes, and the walk in services will take longer. I am very unhappy with the treatment I have received with no compensation or discount for wasting my time. And sometimes not even an apology or explanation.
Extremely pleasant and professional experience here at this nail salon. It was very clean and we were well taken care of. Read these reviews carefully, one bad experience should not deter you from an establishment. Not every interaction can be perfect, but it is clear these are genuine people who are interested in caring for customers and ensuring they will want to come back.
