We've been there twice. Their masseuse are knowledgeable and treat from a relaxing massage to sports massages to target deep tissue massages. They tend to walk-ins with great customer service.
We just called to schedule 2 massage and the lady that answered the phone was rude and sounded really annoyed. She kept saying “like I said”, every question we had she just sounded annoyed. We were considering booking here but if this was just on the phone I can’t imagine in person. They also go by 2 different names “bienestar spa & Unique Spa” I recommend Unknot instead.
First time coming here, I am so happy I chose BienEstar massage. I felt welcome checking in, they have a relaxing feel as soon as you walk in, comfortable seating area, relaxing music, the receptionist was professional and welcoming. My massage therapist was Ana Maria, she is kind and welcoming and i felt comfortable in her care. I selected a deep tissue massage and it was the best! Ana Maria makes sure that you are comfortable with the pressure and can adjust if necessary. I started to fall asleep. I knew i was stressed, but i didn’t know how much until all of it was melting away by the deep tissue massage. I could cry with how different i feel, leaving rejuvenated and without the tension that had been weighing me down. thank you to BienEstar and its staff, i will definitely return!
Today Our experience was ok, it was my husband’s birthday and for his first massage I wanted him to feel comfortable and have a great time. Unfortunately we arrived 5 minutes late. Upon arrival the receptionist and both massage therapists were standing there. We were only greeted with a nasty stare mainly by the female massage therapist. I apologized for being late and told them they can charge us a late fee. The receptionist was professional, she greeted us and said there was no need for a late fee to be charged. I thanked her however the female masseuse then said “we will have to cut your massage short though because we’re really busy”. Her contempt for us came off very strong & we did not feel welcomed nor accepted. I wanted so bad to tell her that I would rather just cancel if this was going to be the vibe in our session but I held back to not make my husband’s birthday uncomfortable. The male therapist I have nothing bad to say about, he was kind, welcoming and professional. Our massage started at approx 12:15ish and ended at 12:40ish. Why was this? Yes we came a few minutes late but to only go til 12:40?
I received a massage on my hands and face however my husband did not. He was somewhat disappointed about this. We both left refreshed and relaxed but experiencing that poor welcome was just not cool and uncalled for. She should really work on her customer service skills & learn how to have a better poker face. I would go back but only if I wouldn’t have the same poor customer service.
Reason for the 2 stars, the therapist honesty didn't know the correct way to massage... It was suppose to be relaxing and for him to keep rubbing upward was very uncomfortable... It's suppose to be a flow of energy not a one direction. Please go back to school and complete all courses because he only stopped at the beginning and he didn't listen what was asked of the session and was speaking ENTIRELY to much!! Please sir do better! I want you to succeed but this wasn't it... I was in more pain than when I came in.

I get massages very very frequently. Let's say I am thankful that even with a tip this massage was only $55. I paid for a hour massage and received a 40 minute massage. The first 20 minutes of my massage was done with only one hand. The young lady had no technique or consistency. My arms were not done and the front of my legs were not done. I do not recommend anyone wasting their time here getting a massage.
My husband I have been here more than a few times but this is my first review.
We’ve had a few couples massages and a microdermabrasion.
We are also extremely happy with the service and care we receive, from beginning to end. Everyone working there is so polite.
They even use groupon which is a plus for us! We save about $100 each visit.
We definitely recommend people checking them out if you haven’t and are looking for a new place to get relaxed.
Sorry to say I will not be returning to this location. I have always had an amazing experience but when I called to make an appointment I was denied service for being pregnant EVEN THOUGH they offer prenatal messages. Why you would deny someone a service that is made to be offered to them is beyond me. I have always recommended this place to people. Never again. I had to call many places before I found someone who had availability and offered a couples massage with one option of a prenatal massage, but thankfully I have found a new place.
