My experience here was awful from the start. I was cut every time she picked up the drill, literally. They’re sloppy, bumpy, AND lumpy. On my right thumb you can actually see the tip showing through the powder. The nails dip where the tip is applied. The work they did was just not worth $60. Then they try to add stuff without telling you it’s an extra fee. I’d strongly suggest getting dip somewhere else because this place looks like breeding grounds for infections. The tech was aware she cut me, she saw the blood on my finger then proceeded to dip my finger in the powder instead of using a separate bowl to dip with. Thank God I don’t have any infectious diseases but I can’t speak for everyone.
My nails was messed up I got the dip powder and they were lumpy and my other hands was messed up look like it was done by a kid and all they took off was 5 dollars and I still ended paying full price because of taxes and my nails didn’t even last two weeks two broke while doing my hair ????????????
I was very pleased with Charlie and her student. I had my brows microbladed as a model for one of her students. And although I waited for quite a long time for my turn I was more than happy with the results. Charlie was a good teacher, clean and professional.
I've been a patron for over 10 yrs. This family owned and operated salon is definitely my go to for quality services. Everyone knows Charlie in the industry, and my tech Thuy is phenomenal. Kudos to Bexley Nails!!! Great staff!!!
Went here to surprise my mother for her birthday with my best friend. We were 30 minutes late due to our ride having something to do before they could pick us up. When we got there they were nice about it and checked us in. But once we sat down in the chairs the massage chair didn’t work and the chair was up all the way so we couldn’t relax in the chair. I think the electric may have been down because they had to manually fill up the tubs for our feet because the automatic hose didn’t work either. While getting our feet done all three ladies who were doing our toes went in different steps for our feet. I also did not receive the step where you take off the dead skin from the bottom of your foot. The pedicure for me seemed like it went fast considering I finished 30 mins before my friend and mom. These pedicures cost $40 each since they raised the price up which I was unaware of and honestly I was not satisfied. We were there for an hour and a half and we were the only ones in there until we left .
Just not good may go back for my toes but nothing else!
I got a simple manicure here and the lady did a great job! She actually got all the dead skin and cuticles out fully before applying the polish. Most salons rush that part, so I was pleased. I’m also happy with the paint job. I got my lashes done by Charlie for the Volume set, i love them! Check out her facebook page for photos. I will definitely be back!
They were following COVID-19 restrictions, as well.
I love My Eyebrows done by Jessica with Ombré and Hairstroke by machine eyebrows. I came all the way from England to get it done.Perfect I love it so much
